Refused to open doors after 6 am for customers to eat inside. This has happened 3 times before. Food not fresh and day crew has poor attitude. This place should be closed. I refused after that to go to drive thru and left and ate somewhere else. This is not the first time for this. Will eat somewhere else for now on where staff cares about customers.
Last 3 times I went food was cold and not fresh.Went 2 mornings today and last week. Staff was there doors were locked. Waited 30 min in my car to be told drive thru only while staff took smoke breaks and said nothing. Will never eat there again!! Hopefully they close it down terrible food and customer service!
Food was good, but we were supposed to get it 50% off because we used the app for the first time(promo). But it didn't happen paid full price.
Says 24/7 but drive up clerk said they don't open until 5am. Left with nothing. All I desired was iced tea.
Just ordered two meals the meat and bread was old and hard. Definitely my last time eating here.
Its near my house but thats about all i can say is good about it. Several times i have been there and they told me cash only and their debit/credit machines were down. Also a long wait time. Service is usually okay but I think i spent 20 min. With only 4 cars ahead of me. Their food is consistently good but 20 min. Isnt fast food!
Mom of 2 go in to eat and after we order from the rude lady. She tells me my total which is 26 & some change without giving me a receipt she takes & puts all the money in register except a 10 and proceeds to tell me she is getting quarters with it. So I look over to where the receipts print and notice my order is actually 16 & some change & she was trying to pocket that 10 off of my order & I'm probaly not the only one she did that too. So I question here about it and she tries to make up excuses blah blah blah Yall need to be watching your workers & managers better.
Worst Krystals in the city of Warner Robins. Credit card machine is frequently broken, employees have poor attitudes towards the customers (evening shift) even when customer is being friendly, burgers aren't fresh or put together properly (buns aren't steamed and hardly any mustard.) Their drive thru is extremely slow and, if you have a bigger order (such as a sack full) then expect a long wait; you'll probably be asked to pull into a parking space and wait even longer than you should. I don't recommend this one at all.I see a lot of low ratings and responses by Krystals saying this doesn't meet their standards. When are you going to actually do something about it? Please address your problems instead of offering copy/paste, meaningless apologies.
This place deserves the lowest rating. I was at the drive tru, smoke started to car out of my car so I had to pull over to see what was going on. As I waited for my car to cool down so I can fix the leaking. I approached the door to pay for my meal and possibly inform them that ill leave a note and be right back. I knocked and two employees saw me and decided to ignore me. I went back after a few minutes and this time, from behind the counter, just told to go trough the drive tru. They clearly could see the smoke from the car, and still decided to completed disregard me and send me to the deivw tru, which I cannot do because It was cold and raining and it was full. Thankfully I was able to fix my car and went back this time, through the drive tru and they told me to pull over and they will take my meal outside. I waited for 35 more minutes for my meal. On top of that my deink order was wrong, worst experience ever please do not go here, employees have a bad attitude and questionable morals.
When i ordered my food, i received it fast. Krystals is usually a wait. Not this night. I ordered 6 cheese krystals plain. When i received my food, i complimented them on how fast they were. As i pulled out the parking lot, i grabbed a burger and it was cold. About 30 seconds from the time i was handed my food, until i grabbed one. They were cold. My cheese wasnt even slightly melted. I had to get to work and microwave them to eat them hot. It was late. I dont know what happened but something wasnt right.
