The 2 young men working there today were pleasant. Sweet and kind to the kids. Offered fresh donuts right off the belt. Our best experience at any Krispy kreme!!
National Donut Day and there was no signage! Nothing. Luckily I googled it and found what the specials were. I don’t think a I’m gone else in there knew it was National Donut Day. WTH?
After the pandemic this place has been nothing by trash.. SOMETHING is wrong with the glaze, it taste like sugar ONLY and the glaze never be put on the donut right. What's the point cutting the light on but the donuts is cold? It use to be the best place in Warner Robins but now the worst when trying to get fresh tasty donuts..
I went at 8am to get some fresh donuts but everything i had was cold and old donuts i wish i had crispy cream near me, they always have fresh and hot donuts
We heard about the offer for a free dozen donuts for graduates on 5/25/22, so my daughter went into the store on Watson Blvd. to redeem the donuts. If she had known she would be met with such poor customer service, negative attitude/vibe and donuts that were not fresh, she likely would have skipped the trip. My advice, if you are going to offer to reward customers for their accomplishments, encourage the staff to treat the customers with a pleasant experience.
I ordered a dozen glazed and the icing mixture had lumps in it. Also the icing ran off doughnuts and they were not hot.
The store has an open sign on but all the doors are locked, not sure why. Used the drive thru instead. I asked for napkins and was told that they are all out. This is the 2nd time in a row they are out of napkins. At least they show pictures of some doughnuts on the menu board.

2/15/2022 I wish I could leave negative stars! me and my husband arrived at 8:25pm the open sign was on both doors were already locked when yal don't close til 9pm so we then had to risk walking through the drive through(we don't have a vehicle) to redeem a birthday reward and buy an additional assorted dozen and the girl just kept talking over us and wouldn't listen to what we wanted, then all we had was a $100 bill and she refused to take it because it was an older bill she has no pen to check it but we told her to hold it to the light to see the security strip to verify it was real and she still refuse to take the bill the special was $8.99 for an assorted dozen and she then tried charging us almost $13 which I told her was incorrect she fixed that but then we try to pay with a $20 and she then says well I'm sorry but I don't have the correct change to give you back so we didn't even get our correct change back we love Krispy Kreme but this was an awful ridiculous experience and we won't be back for a long while...customers should never be treated this way wish I could speak to the owner/top person over the store on Watson Blvd in Warner robins, Georgia.
Doughnuts were fresh and warm. Fast and Friendly service. Stop try some of the Best I ever had
