Food is ok chicken too greasy and dry on the inside. Drinks taste like butt drinks. They don't give you your money's worth keep attitudes and orders messed up. A new crew needs to be hired at this place that knows what they doing.
I love KFC, the chicken be very fresh,and hot. And the workers are very friendly
I hadn't eaten at this place in about 5 years..My husband wanted this particular chicken it was fresh and good. The young man who took the order sounded depressed.
They were out of chicken it was close to closing but, not that close. I got a fill-up bowl instead, it was good but I was disappointed because I wanted my chicken breast.
To be honest this place is very hit or miss...sometimes the experience is good, but often the staff is rude or just unpleasant. There's better places, I've honestly decided to pass on this place from now on.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, (should of left sooner like a lot of others did but I decided to wait it out) just for them to tell me the chicken isn't ready and they'll be open at 11:30. Employees were walking in and out sitting in vehicles, while they could of came out to tell us what's going on. Going to be a while till I go back
12 piece chicken fingers, $23.50. No sides, got home and they were like they were made the day before…Not a good experience..
We were the first in line and were told it would be a 11 min wait for the chicken bucket to be done and we ended up waiting 24 minutes while they kept giving the other Customers their buckets. We never got our food and they started catching attitude. Very disappointed in the customer services at this location
The food is always good but the service is the worst. I've gone numerous times either there wasn't much of a chicken choice or would have to wait 20 minutes.I've had to sit at the drive up order for 4,2 minutes (I timed it because this wasn't the first time)I keep telling myself I won't go back but this is the only store in town. Wish the owner of KFC franicse would sell it so we can get someone who cares about good service.
Went to the drive-thru spent 15 minutes waiting on a car. One of the workers walked out of the back door with his headset on. Three were inside standing around. Nothing was moving people were leaving. I waited another 5 minutes before I left. I don't know what happened but somebody should explain that
