I have decided today was my last day eating at Jersey Mike's. I understand things happen, like finding a long hair in my wrap ,cooked in with the chicken. Of course I chose not to eat the rest of the wrap. I called one of the gentleman that was working the counter over, since the District Manager (who cooked the wrap) was busy with another employee , and politely showed him the hair. He asked if I wanted another wrapp but I had already eaten most of that one. He then went behind the counter and told the DM what happened. They looked over at me, and went right back to what they were doing. HE did not come apologize or speak to me the first time. I didn't want a free meal, just an apology! It was then, when I decided Jersey Mike's is no longer for me!!

Showed up only thing online orders because they didn't have enough bread or some bs along that line. Waist of a 40 minute drive
2 stars is generous from my experience, run out of lettuce, waited 10 mins in line with only 3 people in the store, my turkey was so mushy my girlfriend thought she was eating tuna, never again unless they want to treat me to a new sandwich made the right way.
So sick of going in here with these kids not knowing what they are don't. All they want to do is play at work and not take nothing serious!!! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no bacon or ranch. Get some TRAINING IN THAT STORE
My first visit here with my wife. I just got to say, this place is AWESOME!!!!! The staff in the front are extremely helpful, helped us figure out what to get, told us their favorite sandwich. The lady that made my Italian made a "Picture Perfect" sandwich. And I mean that. It taste just as good to. My wife got the chicken Philly and we both love it to. Come check this place out. You won't be let down.

Lacking! We moved from Wright Patt back to Robins. The Jersey Mike's in Beavercreek was always on point. Just ordered at the Margie l location and the food was wack. No seasoning on the meat or veggies. The cook just took the veggies off the grill, put them on the bread and wrapped the sandwiches up. This was our second time giving them a try..we won't be back.
Good subs, I would have gave them a 5 if the meat was in the bun when I got it.
Excellent service at a time when no one wants to work staff was fantastic
