It’s easy to tell they don’t care about to go orders. We had to add our own whipped cream and my little sisters pancake was burnt and don’t even get me started on the hash browns
I always get the spinach and mushroom omelet with hash browns and sausage links. Very good and filling!
This branch of this restaurant chain has seen better days. The carpets are old, worn and stained. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The overall feeling is that the place is worn out and old.The staff was welcoming, very friendly and efficient. The food was served hot, was very tasty and was served in a timely manner.
On a positive note the food is good. I echo a few other people in saying that cleanliness is in order. The tables are always sticky or dirty and you have to pay attention to your glasses, plates etc. When we received our drinks they were sent back. They definitely had not been washed. Even the waitress said the same thing.
Went to ihop in Warner Robins last night. Big sign out front says open until 10. Arrived at 920 to be told they are only doing to go orders. Won’t be back as this is bad business. If you don’t want to seat anyone after a certain time, then put that as your closing time.
One of my favorite places to have breakfast! So delicious ?
They were super busy. The food was good. The people were polite. But, there were some cut-backs that caused some inconveniences. (Ex: No syrup pitchers... at IHOP! The waitress had to bring the syrup in a little bowl for those of us who needed it. And, more).
A lot of the time it seems to be not very clean in the dining room like the floor needs to be swept and then mopped. The tables and chairs need to be pressure-washed and the booths need more cushioning under the fabric and the restroom and the entrance/ Fourier .. needs to be swept then mopped and wiped down with a cleansing cloth and a lot of the condiment bottles need to be cleaned.. they are always very sticky or have food on them there is plenty of room for improvement at the IHOP on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins..but the food most of the time is good
I haven't been to IHOP but a handful of times. It's okay. It's very busy around breakfast and lunch, of course. My biggest complaint is that they automatically include the tip in the bill(18%) but then ask for a tip when you pay. It would be easy for someone not to realize and end up double tipping unintentionally.
IHOP has the best omelets, I recommend the chicken fajita omelet. Of course their pancakes are always a plus.
