Tried to eat here, walked in the door the place. Was really warm and stuffy. Just couldn't stay. Dining room was too unpleasantly warm
Ordered online for pickup. When getting the order was told that the milkshake machine was down. Wasn't too bothered by that as it happens, but then was told they couldn't refund the money because it was an online order and to contact Google since it was ordered through their site. Contacted Google and they stated it is the restaurants responsibility to refund. Contacted Five Guys again by email and still no response. This happened back in March. Hope those $10.18 for no milkshakes helped get it serviced at least.
We spent $35. We got 2 burgers 1 fry & 2 drinks. The price blew me away considering that the fry was a joke as far as portioning goes. My burger & bun fell apart the entire time I was eating & the burger itself was over cooked. My gf's burger was over cooked as well. I asked for cheese on mine bit did not get it. The staff were very friendly & helpful on our visit. The store was pretty much clean except for a few tables that were not cleaned off. I can't believe what we paid $35 for. I ate at Jack's a day before & thought an hour wait was the worst. Looking at that compared to Five Guys our food was still better tasting & better looking. This is probably why I only visit maybe once a year. And I'm sure as customer service has gotten worse since covid happened & now nobody cares to make the customer happy so long as the customer lines their pocket but I definitely want ppl to know your money would be better spent at a fast food restaurant!!! Again just another place that needs to step up their game if I'm gonna spend a huge chunk of my hard earned money to get very little!!!
This store has gone down hill. I mean, the food is still good. But the place is dirty, and wow... Turn on the air conditioning!! I mean I get times are tough, but I don't want to eat in a 85 degree dining area.
Burgers and fries are always top notch, the right place of you want restaurant quality burgers but without the hour plus wait times.
Five guys still in my top 3 for best fast food burger ?. Im a no fry here guy but i have to add that vanilla milkshake!
Wow I hate to do post a negative feed back on my favorite burger joint but we ordered 2 large fries and got 2 cups not even full which is a long way from your standards. 50 dollar purchase to feed 2. Come on guys. I'm a once a week customer all over the US and your the first to drop that ball. Disappointed ?
Just a great place to get a burger. Love the natural French fries. A regular order of fries is big enough for two people. I usually get their little cheeseburger, which is a single patty, with the works. Not cheap,,but definitely not Mickey D's, so it's worth the price.
Best burger for the price in town. I love the lettuce wrap option. Just don't like their excuse to not take peanuts outside the store.
Dining area is filthy! Ask staff members for a wet towel to clean table myself. Was given dry paper towels. Ask if they had wet towels, they stated no and was advised by management to wipe down with dry towels. Come on management! You do have water in your establishment to clean right???? What else are you asking of your staff????
