Absolutely horrible. Bread tasted stale and it was hard. Sandwich was dry no condiments. It was absolutely awful. That money very wasted. Will not be going back.
They messed up a catering order on a previous date and agreed to make us a whole new order and it was perfect and on time! Thank you for the great customer service!
Staff is extremely professional and polite, the food is always exceptional.
Subs are always on point here and the russell location. Didnt give 5 stars because i had to wait 20 minutes for 1 sandwich and there was only one person ahead of me. Will still return and recommend them!
Great Firehouse food being served here with friendly people working but the drink machine needs some work. I got a whole lot of carbonated water and very little syrup.
Friendly staff. Great subs. And the loaded potato soup was sooo good, it just wasn't enough
It was pretty cool, being a new fan of Firehouse Subs it is always a cool experience. Everytime I order my sandwich (spicy cajun chicken for those who want to follow my radiant light) they slap on enough meat like they're trying to pack calories on me, as if they were about to send me to do firefighting work. Nothing to complain about honestly, and the fact that the tables are dalmatian colored tickles me.
Tried to get something here, but when I went in the counter was unattended. I looked in the back and there was one young lady on a cell phone who just ignored me. I went somewhere else that actually wanted my business.
My wife and I ate at Firehouse subs today and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant... Best experience we've had in a fast food restaurant in quite some time....Kelsey was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service while taking our order.Thank you to the entire staff that was working this day!They also have military discount!BG Murphy
my $8 veggie sub turned out to be an $8 hunk of bread lettuce & tomatoe. they were out of everything. and the bathroom needed to be cleaned/sanitized. never ever going back to this location
