This place is hit or miss… 3 months in and still we don’t have strawberry cream cheese. So if it’s discontinued then let that be it. I use to get breakfast sandwiches but when they are out of the cheese that belongs on it we get surprises. Even though it’s convent I think I am going to let this place go. ✌?
My order was good except for the fact that I told them , I didn't not want bacon on my sandwich. The wait was long and when I got my food said my chicken croissant with bacon. ???? I just don't understand why. Refund. PLEASE!! ??
The lady taking orders at the drive thru I guess couldn’t understand what in the world I was saying when I repeated it and so did my boyfriend like 5times. I even spelled it out for her. She ended up giving me 2 wrong donuts and a nasty coffee with a STANK attitude. Ridiculous. Not the only time has this dunk been bad. It was 2 days before this. For someone who’s worked at dunkin before I get it can be busy but their was only 2 cars in the whole line. (Me and the other) but atleast have a good attitude and try to make their order right.
Stood in the store for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. 3 teenager girls were working and consistently talking smack about customers going through the drive thru. Finally after the 3rd time asking for help, one came over with an unpleasant attitude and threw my donuts in a box.
Though I really enjoy the coffee and other menu items. The aggressive chatter between some of the young female employees is a little much. This aggressive chatter included the use of what I thought were cuss words and seem to revolve around two or more young ladies disagreeing with one another. I'm not sure if there's was a manager on duty, but I for sure know the owners weren't present. Just a suggestion, speak with the young ladies about professional conduct at work.

I've always loved Dunkin Doughnuts hot chocolate. But lately they have been the worst. It taste like water with no chocolate. Listen I love supporting our local business however, please do better.
New owners apparently tell their employees to only halfway fill your cup. It's a $6 drink so I expected at least a full cup. They're a franchise acting as if they are being charged per drip. I'll stick to small businesses like Between Friends around the corner.Awful experience.
This dunkin is finally getting the drinks rights! Thanks to the new owner for working with he staff to make the recipes correct. Prices are high everywhere (inflation) but they still tend to keep everyone satisfied for the most part. Employment rate is higher than ever so I can only imagine what options they are left with. I’ve been dealing with them for years now at the Russell location and they’re always honest and respectful, I’m glad they own the territory now! Thanks for having a friendly and happy staff!
I stopped by DD on hwy 96 in Kathleen Ga after shopping at 4pm for coffee and a apple fritter. Not only no apple fritter but they only had about 3 dozen donuts in the store. Then I stopped by at 7pm after having dinner for coffee and dessert. I could not believe it. This store only had one muffin and 4 donuts. I visit this store regularly and never has this store had no donuts. Is DD getting out of the donuts business. I’m very dissatisfied with this companyDeborah FarmerKathleen Ga
