Management by the name of Mark was very rude and caused me to cancel my order at the drive thru window due to the threatening behavior of this manager. He acted like he was ready to fight a customer and there were even witnesses. I was joking around with an employee and he thought he was called a bad name and he went off and everyone was wondering why he was acting crazy! It shouldn't matter what you think you might have heard a customer say you have to control your anger and be a leader and represent the company in a decent manner. I don't know if Mark has should be a manager if he can't control his rage. I know that if he is still working there after the way he reacts to customers, they will loose a lot of business because I know a lot of people who are not going to be going to this dominos anymore SMH.
Dominoes Order - Wouldn’t use gift card that is active and new. Very rude and said that I had to pay for the pizza another way or give the food back. Usually I'd give 5 stars.. but the last time we ordered Domino's we were all very disappointed. Pizzas were undercooked in general, plus the toppings were sparse. Had to cook longer in the oven just to be able to eat it. I guess they don't have pineapple readily on hand.. ordered pineapple and onion, but I received a bunch of extra (almost raw) onions with about 10 pieces of pineapple on the entire "medium" pizza pie. We were bummed because we usually LOVE the pizza from Domino's EVERY TIME. I hope this review is helpful. You can do it, Domino's!!
I ordered at 10:13 and arrived at the drive through window at 10:30 to pick it up. Was told to park up front and she would bring it out to me in 15 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes and no sight of her. The front door is lock so you have to go through the drive through window for services. No, you can't call them (trust me I tried).There were 6 other cars waiting behind the drive through window. I believe they are still waiting. I got the heck out of there. Trash services.Wasted over an hour of my life and still no cheesy pizza to pig on
At least be responsible enough to turn off online delivery if you're closed. This was an hour ago, couldn't get in touch with anyone after it let 4 families order pizzas but they definitely charged every one of us. I knew better, everyone knows domino's is a last ditch resort. 17 years in the hospitality industry and never seen service worse than this company.
3 of the last 4 pizzas I ordered from this location were missing ingredients. The same items prepared at other Domino's locations look and taste better than those prepared at this location. Staff has no sense of urgency and is slow to respond to the drive-thru window. For these reasons, I cannot recommend.
Worst pizza ive ever had. The chicken was as hard as a rock. The pizzas were so greasy and overcooked they were stuck to the boxes when wed try to pick one up half of it would stay stuck the box like glue.
The worst excuse for a pizza restaurant in Georgia. Good luck getting anything warm and forget fast. When they do mess your order up,and they will, nobody will ever answer the phone and they send you a free $5.99 pizza. Even if they screw up a $50 order. One free medium pizza. This place should be a shelter for stray pigeons, maybe they wouldn’t mess that up.
Waited almost 2 hours and never got my single large cheese pizza! This location is not well managed. Had to cancel the order because somehow my pizza got lost even though the computer showed it was already baked 45 minutes prior. How much longer am I supposed to wait?! Could spend my entire Friday night there apparently.
I placed an online order at 6:10. I got an email saying it would be delivered by 7:15. I checked Tracker after a bit and it said that the driver left the store at 6:35. I checked again around 7:15 and it said my order was delivered. It is now 8:32 and still no pizza! I've tried calling numerous times and nobody has answered the phone yet. I have never had an issue with them before but this is very unprofessional and I will never order from them again!
