Ordered a medium blizzard. Got a small. The girl behind the window found it funny and laughed in my face. Had to accept the small as we had already paid. Sat there for another 10 minutes while they cooked our burgers and onion rings. All in the drive through! By the time we got home our blizzard and banana split was half melted. To the two little girls behind the counter. I will be in to speak with the owner about your “professionalism” Monday morning. Absolutely insane to have you steal money and scam in this way and so proudly find it hilarious.
We tried several times to go the the shop for ice cream but the line was always too long. There are two locations at the Savannah airport - before and after security. No lines. Same ice cream. It is good quality ... but not sure...
Service here sucks. I had our server ROLL HER EYES at us when we asked for a cup for our cone ice cream because it was for a 1.5yr old. The last two times we have had to deal with such rude employees.
My boyfriend and I visited this Dairy Queen while in town visiting a friend. At first we were told our credit card declined and were asked for another card. We saw no problem with this as it happens occasionally and provided a different card. However upon checking our credit card statement, we have over $100 in charges from this Dairy Queen on the credit card that we were told didn’t work, along with another charge on his debit card. In total we have $140 in charges from this Dairy Queen. I’d drive the couple extra minutes to the other location nearby.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I will be contacting the health department as we were given soured ice cream! Brought it to the attention of the manager and the owner came to the window and said she tasted it and it was fine! I told her well I used to work at DQ and the ice cream tastes like this, sour, when you don’t properly clean out ice cream machines and the lines. Owner was very condescending and said it tasted like vanilla. I told her well it doesn’t and I’m just trying to help save you from a lawsuit or a trip from the health department! So incredibly rude and does not care about health of their customers! Guess it’s an email and call to the Houston County health department! We will never be back!

Over my last three visits, my order has been wrong. I still come back because my hubby likes the burgers. However, today was the final straw resulting in this review. In the drive-through, I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only, along with onion rings and a coke, plus my husband's order. At the window, I received a "kid's meal" for the special order with a pint-sized drink. I asked what the small drink was for and was told it was my "Kid's Meal." I stated that I didn't order a child's meal. Instead of fixing the problem, the gal shut the window in my face and a short time later handed me the burger in a new adult bag with $2 and some change. No drink and no effort to correct the meal, despite the fact that I was at their drive-thru at supper time. This Dairy Queen does not have their act together. I wouldn't recommend them.
Most DQ's provide good food, fast, and this one is no exception. The service was speedy and food was prepared fresh and hot. Very crispy onions rings. Asked for a refill upon completion of meal and was expertly handed a refresher cup with drink. Absolutely delightful service. Highly recommend this place.
If I could rate this place a 0 based on customer service I would. We just ordered, sat down with 4 children (other people are sitting and eating) and this lady comes out yelling at us all that we cannot be sitting in the restaurant and she doesn’t know who told us we could but we needed to get out (yelling this mind you). Our children were scared, and completely handled unprofessionally!!!
