Sunday lunch is not always a great time to come to eat. We had a seat quickly and the room was about full. The waitress knew her stuff though and quickly turned up with drinks and refilled them quickly when needed. Meal came as ordered and no errors. Waitress knowledgeable of items, ingredients and preparation.
Cracker Barrel is a consistently good restaurant chain. I can say the same for this particular location. The quality of the food is on point for the price and the serving sizes are more than adequate. The staff provide service with a smile and are friendly and courteous. It's always a pleasant experience.
Exceptional long wait for food after order. Eggs and bacon were cool probably due to order left unattended after preparation. Pancakes were delivered 5 minutes after thee eggs and bacon! The other order didn't have the biscuits as required but the server didn't return to see if anything was needed. Who was at fault is a good question. Then upon checkout thee clerk couldn't figure out how to add on some candy and after calling for a manager, that took 10 minutes and customers behind me were waiting to pay and there was only the one clerk. Otherwise you tell me if this is typical Cracker Barrel??? First time time for me after hundreds of meals there...
YY, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we were satisfied with every part of breakfast. The mimosa was a nice added touch.
I told my friend that the breakfast food is always good here so we went by on our day off. The waitress that served us took our order and brought our drinks right away. Once our food arrived, she checked on us often and offered refills for our drinks. Left her a good tip. She was great. The food was delicious as always. I have yet to eat anything from here that I didn't like, but you can't go wrong with the Grandma's or Sunrise Samplers.
Really enjoyed our Easter dinner. Tried the hamburger steak for the first time and it was delicious. It was so much fun sitting outside in the rocking chairs afterwards and just enjoying some family time. Oh and it was also fun shopping in their country store, they have such a variety of cool things to look at. Love me some Cracker Barrel.
The table we sat at wasn't clean (visible residue from previous customers). Biscuits served at end of meal. Fried chicken tenders were very good. Shrimp had too much breading. When cleaning the table Bus boy sprayed chemicals all over items in center of table (salt, pepper, sugar and left food crumbs on chairs.Our waitress was attentive and kind. It's been over two years since I last ate a Cracker Barrel......I wanted so much to be satisfied......I won't rush back.
Food was good, but service was mediocre. Our server was almost non-existent. We waited 15 minutes before we were even greeted to order water and 30 minutes for food to get to the table. We had to ask for biscuits when our food came because we didn't get any before food arrived. They were not very busy since it was before 9am when we arrived, so not sure why we didn't have the best service. The table next to us sat for over 15 minutes before anyone came to their table as well. They grabbed a passing server and asked if they could at least get some water.
The food is always so yummy and tastes homemade. The workers are also very nice! We love this place! Warning: It's hard not to purchase anything in the store side! ☺️
they refused to replace my ice cream that was melted upon arrival after they decided to sit my ice cream on top of hot food with no apology. this is after I offered to come and pick it up myself. after this I decided to give them another chance. they left out my milk and iced tea when it was delivered to me. I got a refund through doordash and decided to do a pick up order for missing drinks. I ended up sitting outside for an hour after being told 4 times my drinks were on the way out the door. I could hear the supervisor cursing at employees in the background. I ended up canceling that order and just going to the store for my drinks. this is the worst cracker barrel in georgia. don't let me get started on the food that was delivered smh. never again!
