i ordered the chocolate chip cheesecake shake and it was very good but when i got to the bottom there’s was a large piece of paper.
Better food than your standard fast food burger places with many more options on the menu. Everyone should find something they like. Prices are fair even though most places are raising prices daily.Beware that the regular burger are smaller, more kids size, but getting the larger burger will still cost you less than other fast food places.
Me and my wifes 1st time eating here food was fresh and good and very reasonably priced i do not ever want mc donalds wendys or burger king ever again after eating here and milkshakes were perfect i had the mocha she had the hershey double chocolate mmmmmmm they were both great and the workers are all nice and professional i will be back at least twice a week now
I went thru the drive thru around 1:15PM. There were a couple of cars ahead of me but the line moved quickly. The employee spoke clearly and took my order with no problem, asking questions as needed.The employee at the window was friendly and efficient. My sides were fresh out of the fryer and my burger was hot and made just like I ordered it. Everything had a good flavor and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. I will go back to this business.
Always a good experience when I come to this particular location. Your food is always hot when given to you and the employees are very courteous and respectful. They do an excellent job with moving the drive thru as fast as possible at all time a day as well. Definitely recommend this location!
In general I like cookout a lot. They have a good choice of food (hamburgers, bbq sandwiches, hotdogs, chicken tenders/sandwiches, etc.) with a huge array of milkshake choices. It's also the only place that has Cheerwine, which is my favorite soda. It also used to be the place I would go to get food when I barely had any money to spare. You could get a lot without spending a lot but it seems they have raised their prices (even confirmed by a worker there) so we dont come here very often anymore.
This place is awesome and definitely always take care of the customers less than $7.50 for an entire meal with 2 sides and a drink after tax. Can't beat it anywhere.
Fast, courteous service with short wait time to get food. Orders sometime a bit off but still good. It'd be good to have someone like management checking orders to ensure they're correct before sending them out. Other than that its great.
Great food at a great price as always. If your in the mood for fried cheese, the cheddar bites are always delicious also. Quesadilla is a bit more mild than Taco Bell. Burgers taste great with a pretty wide variety of sides and substitutions. The drive through line is always packed but we’ve never waited more than 5-8 min or so.My only complaint and I’m sure others have noted this; the microphone at the drive through is the worst I’ve ever seen/heard at a drive through of any type. Have to repeat yourself a few times or ask for the cashier to repeat things to make sure you’re all on the same page. Those that aren’t picky can just throw up your hands trust in the Burger gods to sort out tour order. ?.Seriously though, get those mics looked at please…
Whatever crew worked on 3/24/22 around 5 pm needs a raise. Out of all the times I have had cookout this is by far the best I have ever had. Also the customer service was A1. That crew needs a raise asap and the fact that I’m writing a review about this says a lot considering the fact that I have never wrote a review before.
