The ice cream is great but don’t come here if you have a time concern. You will be in line for a while.
I get the same thing every time. A mud pie MOJO with extra peanut butter. It is my favorite. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice.
Cold stone has been a favorite for a really long time and the customer service is amazing here

The lady at the counter was totally impatient with my 5 year old because he didn’t know what he wanted and I was completely ignored when I told her what I wanted and she gave me something else and told me it was the same thing (it’s wasn’t) and they didn’t sing when I tipped.It was my 5 year old first time so the only reason I tipped was so they would sing.
First time visiting the store. I was not sure what exactly to get so I asked the man serving me what he thought I should get, he told me what he thought was good (cake batter ice cream mixed with pound cake) and it was delicious. Friendly service, excellent product, I recommend Cold Stone for anybody looking for a delicious frozen treat, definitely going to be coming back!

I was in cold stone creamery in Warner Robins, ga and there was a real nice lady I asked her what her name was and she told me Natalie and she seemed to be running the store by herself. The owners wife was standing there demanding ms.Natalie to hurry up and wasn’t even helping her all she wanted to do was run to the register to check customers out. I leave a one star rating because everyone expect ms. Natalie is very rude and will get your order wrong. There was a gentleman a few people in front of me and Natalie was helping him getting his order right and no one else was helping Natalie at all. I seen two other people in the store at the time. I sat in the store to see how things were going to go and a group of cheerleaders came in and Natalie and a young lady not sure of her name but they were the only ones helping all the girls.
