Very busy in drive thru but they keep up very well! Food was good and hot when I got home.
The food is good but took my husband nearly 40 minutes to pick up a pick up order which are supposed to be faster than ordering there. The girls there were dumber than a box of rocks and had horrible attitudes the entire time. Literally some of the worst customer service hes experienced. Absolutely ridiculous.however I will say the manager did what she could in trying to move things along
I eat here often take out ...My parents are elderly and we go often weekly for their family meals. My only reason no 5 star is church's offering the strange 8, 10 12 piece but if you say mixed to the 10 or 12 they assume leg thigh dark. But when I say mixed I mean mix each. This is probably only me but it's nuts also their white meat is usually wing section type where breast has not as much meat as the wing portion like most spicy white. I am not sure why this is or if I am just getting too old too. Hahahah.
I love this place. They have a 100 health code rating. Only negative is that service is SO slow. But that is because they cook your food while you wait. It's worth it.
Well the Tuesday special is officially$2.49 each. Do you remember when it was $0.99? Also, obviously management has depleted their staff with that horrible pay and angry management. Actually, on this very day the short fat manager on duty was hollering at the older woman in drive thru. Shame on everyone.
This place is the worse ever. Today May 12, 2022 I visited this location and I ordered $20.00 worth of bad chicken and I returned to the store and they refuse to refund my money. The manager Ms. Lou refuse to give me a refund for this nasty chicken. It tasted like someone cooked it in a Bando!!! They have a new cook or something because this is not how churches chicken suppose to taste. Then after I told all the customers in line they threatened to call the police on me and I waited. That $20.00 dollars that they made off me will cost them thousands in negative publicity because I don't EVER GIVE UP!!!!!
Awful experience, I wanted to change my orders for a better deal, and the cashier had an attitude and the manager. They rolled there eyes and saying loud that they will not change another order. Once it’s fixed that the customer will get it. Wrong attitude and the food wasn’t hot, soon as I said my two sides the manager quickly said we out. Not professional at all. I was a general Mgr at a restaurant for over 17years and never would have treated my customers the way I was treated.
I’ll be honest, the parking lot is so badly paved it’s basically like off roading through the drive thru, and it’s definitely not FAST food, but good golly it is ALWAYS good. I’ve been going here my whole life and I’ve never gotten anything that isn’t fresh and delicious.
You couldn't dine in and we were asked to wait 20 minutes for white meat, after waiting at least 20 minutes to even place our order but, but the wait was at least 45 minutes.
I am not a big fan of chicken but when i am in the mood for chicken, i eat Churchs. I love dark meat. The chicken and mashed potatoes are the best to me. They also have honey butter topped biscuits. TASTY
