This was on July 31st around 5pm.The food was good, it was the cleanliness of the dinning room. All the tables and the floors were dirty. Trash was overflowing. The drink and utensil station were not stocked. Honestly not worth it to dine in and getting to go you will be waiting awhile.

I'm really not a fan of always cold, never clean, average at best food. I've never had an 'over the top' experience here. Ever. And I've been here over 10 times. Not my favorite. There are better choices.

I love chipotle and have never had a bad experience - so this one is a first. It was oír first time visiting this location. My salad had a puddle of liquid at the bottom. There was hardly any greens and veggies, but they LOADED it with corn, tomatoes and sour cream. It made the salad gross. It is almost like they were out of items and had to make up for it by putting EXTRA of everything else.

The food was the usual Chipotle quality which is good. The workers were rude, uninviting, unhelpful, and several of them seem like they did not care to do their job and the cleanliness of the restaurant showed that. One person on staff disappeared in the middle of making food and the next people down the line acted as if they had no idea what was going on or what they needed to do.

The food was flavorful because of how I like it. I hadn't been to Chipotle in years. I was reluctant to eat because the hot bar was low in food items and I'm not big on getting what's left at the bottom of the pan. The presentation was not great, please clean the hot bar as much as possible and please do something about the chips. They tasted like cold cardboard instead of tortilla. I didn't make such a fuss because I was 2hrs away from home and starving. I came into town briefly. If these things were corrected it'll be 5 stars.

As expected, the food here is good. I am consistently pleased with the quality of my food and never run into issues with them being out of ingredients. The only issue I have is inconsistency in portion sizes. I can ask for the same thing everyday in a week and it will always be a wildly varying amount that I receive. I understand that this is an issue at most places, but when I order double meat and the person beside me getting a single portion gets as much if not more and I'm paying a premium for it, well that is bothersome. Overall, I would still recommend it just don't plan on consistent portion sizes.

Was the only customer in line and 3 employees just stared at me while cleaning and making to go orders. Made eye contact with two of the employees multiple times, they didn’t greet us, ask us to hold on a minute or anything. Eventually it got awkward enough and one girl finally came up and was like you can order. And then told me that they were out of rice. It’s not even close to closing time. How they’re out of rice I don’t know … I’ve never been a fan of this location. If it’s not one thing it’s something else. There were flies swarming around the food, ingredients didn’t look fresh at all. Won’t be coming back.

If you value the accuracy of your order, do not order online. Instead, take the time to watch them as they make each item to ensure they don't forget toppings. This will also help ensure they place all the items in your bag. Two burritos I ordered had inaccuracies on toppings. Upon receiving my bagged order, I asked if my ordered items were all in it, and they said yes. Only after returning home did I see that they had forgotten the entire third burrito that I ordered. No compensation could be given to me after I returned to the store for said burrito due to it being an online order. They did make the missing burrito fresh however. I will say, the online chat service was helpful, and I received sufficient compensation for the inaccuracies and time/gas it took me to return to the store.

This chipotle is very hit or miss in quality and service. Honestly, most of the time it’s a giant Miss. Its very clear that the employees and management do not care at all about serving the customers. Sometimes the food isn’t very good, but most of the time it is. The hand sanitizer is ALWAYS empty. Even at 11:30am. Today the cash register went down for 10 minutes. That may not sound like a long time but it is when there’s a very long line. I’ve decided to not visit this chipotle for 6 months. Hopefully they can improve by then.

Gave today’s lunch at Chipotle 2 stars instead of one, for the first young lady behind the counter with a sweet smile, and friendly service. The rest of the way down the assembly line, they appeared miserable.I can deal with that, if the food is good!My husband and I both got a salad, with the new grilled pollo asado. It was VERY salty, and the pico was not fresh. I asked for cilantro, and she said she had to put it through a ‘lime wash’ if that was ok… I agreed, since who doesn’t like lime? I watched her go and scoop some up and pour some concoction out of a gallon jug over it and shake it up.When I went to add the unappetizing looking result to my salad, I decided to smell it first (of course) and it smelled like disinfectant! I’m assuming it was whatever was in the ‘veggie wash’ maybe some kind of essential oil? But it smelled like lemon scented Lysol to me.YIKES!We ate maybe half of our food, as all I could think of was that I didn’t want to get sick. The restaurant was messy, we cleaned our own table with a wipe from my purse, and as we ate we watched as customer after customer walked up to the locked front door, and stand back and try to figure out how to get in. They had a handwritten sign saying ‘online orders’. We came in that door, so not sure when they did that, but many were frustrated and we watched as some just left.We saw one employee who happened to be standing near the door as someone was trying to get in, just clearly annoyed as she pointed to the side door without making eye contact with them..I don’t like being the one to make such a poor review, but this was a huge waste of $29 for 2 salads and one drink!Shoulda gone next door to Uncle Maddio’s!HARD PASS on this place..Side note… My husband loves Chipotle in general, he frequented the new-ish one in Bowling Green KY, where we moved from last year. I was hesitant to go, after all of the issues Chipotle had a few years ago with people getting really sick at various locations.Today I suggested we go, finally giving in to give Chipotle a try.... Bummed to say the least!I’m not sure if this is a Chipotle issue, or a Warner Robins issue to be honest..
