Great place to eat, has something for everyone. Food is always so good.
The food here is delicious. Everything that came to the table was a must have. Cashing out was easy. The manager on duty was super kind. The team members worked together to fix all issues and delivered food quickly.
The restaurant was clean and not super crowded. Staff were very diligent to wipe tables and chairs down good after each party left. The food was cooked well and hot. Our server was attentive but not overly so.
We love Chili's in the Atlanta area and was excited they opened one here in Warner Robins. Our first time at this location, walked in on a Friday evening and was promptly seated. The waitress greeted us within a few minutes to take our drink order, ordered water and a bar drink. The bar drink was served quickly but we had to ask for the water several times. After our food order was taken, my wife also ordered a side salad, which is usually brought out before the meal. After waiting 55 minutes, we were about to leave but our food arrived, including the salad. Did I mention that the waitress was basically non attentive during the entire process?!? Couldn't even get drink refills. Finally when we were finishing up, two young ladies came over to check on us, I appreciated the effort. Then our initial waitress shows up to give us the bill and apologizes for not being available (watched her throughout the evening talking with others). I will say our food was good but this location really needs some training in customer service. No, they were not short handed as I saw plenty of employees. I forgot to mention that our waitress did have a co helper who was also non existent after the initial greeting.
So went for my bday dinner tonight. We ended up here because everyone else had a long wait so figured it would be a great substitute....Wrong!!!! It wasn't to awful busy, but took a good bit of time it took to get food and then was barely warm? then on to the taste was even worse! The chicken tenders tasted like they had been soaked in salt! Even more worse....they were raw in the middle when I looked down after the 1st bite?♀️ finally got our server to table he was nice and offered to take them off bill. I gave him my plate and he said he had other complaints about the salty taste already...then he leaves and don't even ask if I would like to order anything else! Some birthday dinner I had! I promise I will never be back there again! Truly horrible!
The only reason this gets 3 stars is the service was a 5-food a 1. Our waitress was great. Very quick with drink refills etc. The food would be a 1 at best. Taste was mediocre, I got a $20 steak that should have been medium, came out very well done, they brought another and it was not a good quality of meat. Very impressed with workers, not impressed at all with food.

The waiter was super friendly, but it looked overall staff was slow but they looked fully staffed. Took forever to have our order taken (drinks and all) and took about 8 minutes to get our drinks alone. Just expected more.
The food was outstanding! With that said, I wonder how much better it would've been if I'd gotten the burger I ordered. ~LOL---I'll be back for another try though.
It was great! Had a brand new waitress, We were her first table. She got all our orders right and quickly as she could. Never let our drinks run out. A very positive experience.
