Very disappointed in my curbside togo order today. I ordered 2meals mine was the coconut shrimp and the chicken tenders. The shrimp was a greasy old mess. Literally. It was old and greasy & the chicken tenders were hard on the outside tough in the inside the mash potatoes made prison food appear more appetizing?. This isn't the 1st time my meal has been trash in the past 6mths im just done with cheddars for good
The blacken Salmon and half rack of Ribs dinner, was very delicious. Cheddars never disappoints. Love the butter croissants rolls.
We love eating at our local Cheddar’s so we waited 2hrs on our trip to be able to eat at the closest location. Our whole visit was not great. Greeting took almost 15 mins, drink refill requests were ignored, and food came out overcooked. The burgers were somehow gritty and the blackened white fish was the consistency of leather. On remake the fish was much better, but the burgers were hopeless. The cherry on top was the huge tray of dirty dishes the staff kept piling on to right next to our table.
Let me begin with, the food tasted good. But my buffalo chicken sandwich didn’t have any sauce on it. The monte cristos where missing the raspberry sauce. It took a good ten minutes to get the sauces. Our drinks were empty most the dinner and there was an exceptionally large amount of other peoples’ food all over the floor.
Food was pretty good for the style of eatery. The staff at this location is gently strained as there isn't enough bodies per customer but they seem super friendly regardless! We were with company so didn't realize how fast the food came in. Our server was great... She asked how we wanted all our meals prepared and was somewhat surprised when she asked how do we want our salmon cooked! She checked up on us continually until our food arrived. Shame on us for not remembering her name. She would be instrumental for our return! And my drink was ... Spiritually enlightening, lol.
Definitely has gone down hill since the past. We asked if outdoor seating was available, and was advised no, but other started getting seats outdoors as we were there. No one helped us at our table until 15 minutes of sitting at the table. Waiter was pleasant and helpful once they took our order. Drinks were great. Food def was not up to par as it had been in the past. Chicken was cheap and processed tasting, cold in middle. Appetizer was cheese bites and it was pretty good.
There was a 35 minute wait for our party of 8 to get seated but once we were seated everything else was fantastic. Our waiter was awesome and kept all of well taken care of, the food was terrific especially the chicken tenders! Even the hostess was super conscientious. Southern hospitality at its finest!
It was definitely downhill after the croissant appetizer. My husband’s salad looked okay, although he didn’t care for the dressing. I mistakenly ordered grilled salmon, which was overcooked. With the salmon I ordered broccoli, which was mushy and very overcooked, and pole beans. The pole beans were the star of the plate. Service was okay, but not more than average. My husband ordered a beer and it was served without a glass. I don’t understand how Cheddars is highly ranked for food and it’s bar. We won’t be returning.
I love love love Cheddars! It's a personal favorite and the one in Warner Robins is fantastic! The servers are always great the food is amazing, you can tell the cooks truly care! And the atmosphere is unbeatable! It's a step well above anything resembling "fast food" but it's still very relaxed and comfortable enough to take the kids. At the same time it's a perfect spot for a date night ? I recommend the pain killer! Please treat yourself to a night out at my favorite place Cheddars Scratch Kitchen!
Hands down the best chocolate cake on the planet! Our whole meal was amazing as it always is.
