Fast service and good food. I got the seafood platter and lobster rolls. It's frozen food made fast and that's all I expected.
Waited nearly 25 minutes for grilled white fish with a shrimp skewer . Got home snd there was no fish on plate. This Captain D is for ever slow or messing up order. Needs an over haul
Lady at the drive thru was so sweet and friendly. Fries in meal were old but large fry was fresh. Food was very good though. I haven't had Captain D's in years. But I will be going again for sure.
I've been eating at this restaurant since it opened 45 years ago & love it today just as much as I did back then.Try the $5.99 combo-- I always get the fish and shrimp and sweet tea with fries. ABSOLUTELY worth every penny!! Hot & crispy & fresh, you get three shrimp in panko crumbs, a pice of fish, a decent amount of fries and a decent sized drink. Just enough to get full, not enough to feel stuffed... My kind of meal ?I'm so happy that in the face of so many other business closures on North Davis Dr, even thru the pandemic Captain D's is still going strong.

What the point of having carry out if the dining room is always locked? I still have to wait just as long as if I went through the drive through. Unlock your dining room so I’m given an opportunity to check my order is correct. I’m feeding a family and spent over 50$ for you to just throw the food out at me tied shut and Id have to wait in line AGAIN if my order is incorrect. It’s ridiculous. Just do away with online ordering if you cant allow customers to pick their food up inside. Food was good tho
Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru and 22.50 on two plates(2 piece fish w/2 dozen popcorn shrimp, 2 sides and hushpuppies). Only reason i didnt give one star is because the fish, coleslaw, and hushpuppies were decent. Shrimp was way too greasy and fried okra was cold and squishy. Why charge an extra .59 for a side of okra if sides are supposed to be included? And that much for no drinks too? Also, everywhere you eat now has opened their dining rooms. This place? NOPE. Dont waste your time and money here.
I don’t know where to start but my kids chicken tenders were undone & had blood coming out of them, the coleslaw was warm & had a funny taste & the fries were cold. A complete waste of money!
I arrived at this facility at 8pm they proceeded to tell me that they were closed and excuse me ifs it's changed but google says they close at 10pm TWO WHOLE HOURS after the time they decided to close. I will be driving all the way to macon to captain D's from now o Well worth the gas
I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 5:11,l got there at 5:10 and my order wasn't ready so I waited, people walking in placing orders and getting it quick I am still waiting. I didn't get my order until 5:40. The service sucks ?????????????, and my food was cold.
