System was down and workers had to hand write their orders. It took a while before you received your order. I don't blame the workers because it wasn't their fault. I would like to see Burger King have a system in place for instances like this. The drive thru line had at least 10 or more cars. The food was good considering.
Sandwiches and sides are fresh. Sometimes there's a little wait for drive thru orders. Coupons are mailed to customers and offer nice savings. This restaurant is good for a quick meal.
Visit was okay started off in drive through but after 5 mins in the same spot at 10 at night with 5 cars in front i decided to come in team seemed to function properly service was good speed was good i was probably only there 15 mins total but the store could use more cleaning am maybe another parking lot sweep but above all not bad ps i had my heart set some sweet tea but there was none ?
Food was okay. They forgot mustard and tomato on the burgers. Onion rings were kinda soggy. Fries were hot and crispy though. Waited a while in the drive through and there was only one car in front of me. Will give them another try because the 5 dollar have it your way meal is a totally good deal considering how expensive food is now.
Finally got some French toast sticks that weren't soggy, Luke warm and sad. I love when they come out hot, golden brown and crispy. Kudos!
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s no longer “fast” food. Everything is always hot and fresh, but no matter if you use the drive thru or go inside, expect to be there for way longer than you thought. This may be due to employee shortages, which I do understand is beyond their control. The employees are always friendly and definitely remember their regulars, which is a sweet bonus.
Burnt grease used to cook the food wet bread . I couldn't eat it and I won't be back.But the cashier that waited on me was super nice and did a awesome job . However the food... I wouldn't even give to a dog !! Just saying.
Customers had to wait for food. Slow being waited on..Staff with long hair flopping around the food not pulled back or in a net. Food is good..
Hard to give a 5 to a burger chain. Saturday night, everyone ready to go out. Hamburger was tasty, but fries were cold. Overall, not a terribly bad experience.
Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, my whopper was ok. Good price with coupons.
