They'll forget about you. In the drive thru, if they ask you to pull forward, you're going to be waiting 20-30 minutes in the parking lot while a mile of other customers come and go. Just ask for a refund then and there instead of being forgotten.
I stopped by bojangles for dinner and ordered my food and was not given time to complete what I wanted, would have enjoyed the order more if I could have been given the opportunity to complete my order. That ok maybe they were having a bad day.
Love this place but I got a chicken buscuit and the chicken was a weird texture and gray. My husband's was white and chicken texture. This was the first time it happened I've eaten here many times and never got a gray sandwich lol
Waited on chicken then there were not two breasts or two wings. I paid 27 dollars for essentially an 8 piece dark, and 2 piece white. The biscuits were hard. Customer Service was good, but food has gone downhill.
Great experience, fresh food. Only issue was only had one sauce flavor available. But learned that Bo sauce, if you like horseradish, is quite tasty!
Restaurant is always clean and employees are so friendly. Love their southern fried chicken breast with egg and cheese biscuit. Also they have a Grit bowl you can customize, but I just add Pimento cheese and it's delicious.

First time there people were pleasant ordered a meal food was prompt and hot but no drink included with meal had to reorder a drink . They gave me a small cup at 2.50 I wasn't pleased an inexpensive meal turned pricey with a drink. The cashier told me she should have mentioned it while taking my order.
Service was great at this particular location and the food was better. Everything was hot and tasted fresh unlike some of the other chicken establishments near this location. Definitely recommend.
Quick service, super clean lobby! Staff wasa excellent! Food wasa so good, my picky eater ate 2 legs and complimented every bite!
