Poor service. Pouring down rain, nothing is covered so you get soaked both when you order and get your food. Served drinks with no ice. Had us pull forward away from the window to wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes until we tried to go inside, the doors were locked but the signs say the dining room is open. Guy finally comes to the door and signals us to back up to the window so he could give us our food while there was another car there. He wouldn’t bring it out to us, so we had to get out in the rain and get our food- which is now cold.
Went here several times over a four year period. Dining room is a dump where I have had transients beg for money while trying to eat. Order was wrong more often than not. Workers are too lazy to clean or maintain the shake machine so just say it's out of order. Broken every time over a four year period? I'll believe in an honest politician before I believe that. Service barely deserves the name. Usually some bored or annoyed individuals who seem irritated you're speaking to them. Food I received today was cold and partially undercooked. Final straw came when I asked to get a cherry pie at the window as I forgot to ask at the speaker and was told unlike every other fast food place on the planet they couldn't add it, and the only way to order it was to drive back through. This place is a dump. The employees are lazy, rude, and lie. Their prices are way too high to be putting up with that kind of behavior. I'll be going anywhere else from now on.Edit: Oh, and thanks for the canned reply. I filled out your complaint form and judging from the dozens of other negative reviews, I will wait anxiously by the phone for your expedient call from someone in a foreign country to ignore my complaints in person. Or just never go there again. Your food isn't THAT good.
I have been all over the USA and this is by far the WORST Arby's I have ever had the displeasure to order food from. The curly fries were clearly burned, the fryer oil clearly hasn't been changed in the last 10 years, and they drowned my Beef and Cheddar sandwich in Arby's "sauce". Who the hell puts Arby's sauce on a Beef and Cheddar???? What a complete waste of money. I'll never return to this establishment.
There are several food items I really love so I keep going back in hopes that things will improve. 4out of the last 5 trips I went specifically for their jomacho shake and was told the machine was broken. I literally looked around the first time to see if I accepted pulled up to McDonald's. And one time I asked for a beef and cheddar made on a different bun without poppy seeds and they made it with the regular bun anyway. I was already home when I unloaded and realized they didn't get the bun I asked for. I specifically told them I was allergic and so this seemed like more than careless to me.I will go back in hopes that one day the people who work there will develop a work ethic that makes their customers happy to return. And maybe they should replace the machine if it is always "broken".
We come to this one, across town from where we live. They are way more likely to have our order right, hot, with the horsey sauce we ask for. The staff is friendly.
Lobby floor needed be swept and mopped, employees were not friendly nice welcoming or never greeted guests in the store. They spent most of the time in the back of the restaurant while people waited to order their food.
Got two greek gyros with a coupon for only 7 and change. Really tasty! Minus one star because the building looks a bit outdated. Will return though!
Good service and food. Didn't have to wait to long for the food and order was correct.

Convinced me to add curly fries to my order, arrived home...NO FRIES! I was pissed! Price increase but Less meat in French Dip and Swiss sandwich. That sucks!
