The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Always good here!
A roast beef combo cost as much as Chinese all you can eat buffet.
I liked the kind service, but they was out of sweet tea, this has happened on more then one visit there. I would give them a higher rating if they worked on reliability and faster turn around. Thanks
I came to this Arby’s at 10:50pm tonight yes I no that it’s 10 minutes until you close, I understand that you want to go home but however when your sick child asks for curly fries from here as a parent you go… but to add insult to the matter the young man saw me drive up to the drive through window because he refused to take my order at the speaker after me saying are you ready for me order… so I drove around and he ducked down and ran to the back of the store… that’s ridiculous and in poor taste.. I’m very disappointed and I will be calling tomorrow about it
We ordered at the drive thru, 2- French dips, a jalapeno chicken wrap with no red onions, and chicken strips/ tenders, 2- fries and 1- curly fries.To start, the French dips didn't have dips. How do French dips not get any au jus? The beef was shoe leather.The jalapeno, chicken wrap had red onions, exactly what I didn't want and it made the sandwich inedibleThe chicken strips/tenders were good.The French fries were cold and mushy. Not the way anyone eats french fries. This was a complete disaster of a meal.
Service was great, food was disappointing. Only items served at the correct temperature were the beverages and mozzarella sticks. Everything else was lukewarm at best or downright cold.

They can never get my order right asked for roast beef and cheese and there was no cheese also never got a straw.
It's a no for me. Lol. My roast beef and chedder was good tho.
