Honestly one of the worst wings I've ever had in my life. I'd rather eat raw chicken then eat at this place again.
This is the worst American deli ever! Management horrible and the older guy who runs it is awful! He is rude and never listens. The health score is an 80. When they don’tHave customers instead of sitting down they should be cleaning !!
Went there when it was super busy and I felt bad for the staff because some of the customers were being rude as f given the staff was getting the food out as fast as the could. Food took a little bit (again they were super busy) but it was good, tasty, and hot. I was just getting annoyed with other customers complaining about food taking to long when they could obviously tell it was packed.
Good meals, I loved the burger ? and it is Philly mostly the Philly and my friend enjoyed the burger the most good place
The new management is horrible I ordered a combo wing meal with rice. The rice was not the normal rice that comes with it, I asked for broccoli and eggs they told me that's not how the rice is made but clearly the previous owner made vegetables fried rice. That's rice they made was white with some yellow liquid on top. Fried rice is made with soy sauce, eggs, and vegetables.
This was my first visit to American Deli. I ordered a burger and fries for myself and wings and fries for my sister. Both orders were ready in about 10 minutes. The staff were nice, courteous, and professional. The only complaint I would have would be the state of their "dine-in" area. There were strong wrappers all over the floor, and the entire area looked vaguely dirty. The food was good though.
My wings were burnt!!! Couldn't even eat it
Great customer service, food always hot and fresh. Once when I was running late to pick up my to go order right before closing, the employee who had a cab waiting on him hung behind a few minutes to give me my order before he left. That’s great customer service and was very much appreciated.
Service is always great, even when they are packed. Food is always consistent and delicious!
I ordered from American Deli tonight and the wings were very small and tasted very weird, never again!!
