Katy/Katie is not a good manager or whatever she is..straight BS!! Worse attitude ever for her to be in a customer service business/establishment, that does NOT know how to run a restaurant managing teens

I love zaxbys but I came by on the evening of the teacher and nurse appreciation bogo deal. The girl at the counter was rude, and I had my badge WITH MY PICTURE on it from Sgmc, the girl at the counter said, "it could have been anyone's ID" and I couldn't get the offer. Seriously? It had my picture on my badge? Then said, "I need your name for your order, there's like a thousand names here"... Not too happy with service.
Very busy Zaxbys, always have good service. Food is typical Zaxbys fair. Staff is friendly and polite.
This was my first time being at Zaxbys when the order taker was outside. It made service move faster and they were very friendly. They only thing I had a problem with was my fries were a little burnt.
Might as well go sit inside a resturant and at least enjoy yourself.
