Drive through service was quick on this visit, but I was not there during lunch or dinner rush. The food was hot and good as usual. The requested sauce was missing, and I didn't notice until I was back at work.
Good customer service. However I was missing a few things like One of my chicken tenders (order 5) received 4. Made it hotel only not to have napkin or utensils. However I still manage to enjoy my food. Chicken was Great ??
My overall experience is horrible, food quality not at it's best, services bad the staff is always playing around looking confused at times, the atmosphere needs improvement on cleaniness.

Worst experience ever! I order a 4 piece meal, got 3. My wife sandwich was under cooked. There seemed to be a great deal of chaos going on behind the counter. I will not be going back to that location. Will also think before going to another Zaxby's. This location is at 3250 Inner Perimeter Rd. Valdosta.

Awful. Stood there for 15 mins and no one took our order. We and several others just left and there are 10 cars on the drivethru. Went across street to Chick-fil-A and served immediately!!

Went to zaxby on saint augustine tonight. Went inside to place order. Wanted kick n chicken with wimpy sauce, and extra sauce. Was told no Whimpy sauce. Ordered sweet tea, don't have any in dining room. Ordered at 8:15 with 1 person in front of us .and is now 8:44 food just came out. There are 6 or 7 people milling around in kitchen area. Will NOT be back
You should be able to leave negative stars. Absolutely the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Don't bother asking for anything they don't have it. You're lucky they let you in is the overarching sentiment the staff gives you. When I asked for napkins I was told I should go to the store and get some. Maybe BYOChicken will be next!!! This place would probably be better used as a parking lot for the surrounding restaurants that actually want your business.
