Over the past few months I have noticed a drastic change in this inner perimeter location. Our orders have all been correct (which is huge for Valdosta). And if that wasn’t enough, the staff’s customer service has sky rocketed! Well done guys!
Complained I asked for a extra syrup, forgot my sweet tea, egs was burnt. Only gave you two stars because the microwaveable pancakes were good
I usually love zacadoos, but lately the food/service isn't as good. I felt sick after the last couple meals and today the dessert I ordered was wet... like water dripped onto where they keep them.
After confirming with the cashier at the first window, that I only wanted ketchup and cheese on my sandwich, the next window hands me a sandwich full of mustard. After handing the sandwich back to the drive-thru window attendee, he returns the sandwich with the same wrapping filled with mustard sauce. It's no longer on the sandwich but now on top of the bun because they did not throw the old sandwich away with the wrapping. They scrapped the top bun off and added extra cheese to hide the mustard still present on the meat of my sandwich. I drove away and will not be returning.
I love zacadoos, however today i had a horrible experience. I ordered some nuggets with a side of Mac and cheese this was what i received. I called and asked if this was the normal portion they said i was supposed to receive 2 of them instead of the 1 cup, i asked if i can have fries instead. A lady in the background was rude and insisted that i walk up to the busy window with cars constantly coming through to have the Mac and cheese cup replaced instead of having a worker bring it to the parking lot. They eventually brought it to the car. I’m giving 2 stars because the guy who brought my replacement fries was very nice.
Ashley location around 11:45a today. I had the unpleasant experience with the girl who was taking my order. I was telling her what I didn't want on my burger and she repeated back twice the wrong thing. Then when I went to correct her she talked over me then got smart mouth and said we don't even serve pickles on our sandwiches 1st of all! I was so out done. I left that location. Googled another location drove the 2.8miles, bcuz me and my family do like the food. Bad customer service will cost you a devoted customer to drive the extra miles to spend their money.
One bad morning, won't deter us, but just a heads up...Usually Zacadoo's is on point, but this morning, not at all. Breakfast in a cup, the usual... the eggs were clumped together in a not so appealing way, and looked very old, like they had been sitting for a good while. No cheese in mine, and the grits were extra firm. Even, with my only one butter, they were still a little more firm than I like. My husband loves eggs, but he wouldn't even eat the ones in my cup this morning, and picked part of his out, I don't think there was any cheese in his either. The sausage was in rather big pieces too. He ate his cup, and I ate most of mine, with the exception of the eggs.I know this doesn't happen very often, and it won't stop us from going back, we are after all fairly regular customers, and we know that everyone has off days, but we probably won't leave the parking lot again before opening our cups and checking them.
Fastest place in town and the food is good to...with a award deserving Friendly staff.
First time trying Zacadoo's. Food was great. Customer service was awesome. Will definitely go back the next time I am in Valdosta
