I'm just repeating what others have said. The service here is ultra slow, as if they're making all the ingredients from scratch. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my small order. This is supposed to be fast food, but it's not. Plus, this Wendy's is at a truck stop, which should require faster service, since these people are traveling and don't have time to sit around. Not sure why it's taking so long. They said something about my order getting bumped off of the order screen. According to them, this happens often and frustrates the workers as well. I won't be coming back to this Wendy's.

The food is typical for Wendy's. Located in a travel center/ truck stop so expect to wait. Employees complain about their job and aren't very pleasant.

Horrendously long wait times, and it took ages to even get anything done. The floors haven't been cleaned in ages. The tables are left not dried at all and have cleaner/bleach still on them. All of the booths are ripped beyond dispare.

Walked inside because a sign was in the drive thru stating closed, order inside. When I go inside the manager was talking to one employee and the cook was standing around. Cook proceeded to tell me they were closed. Manager escaped to the back office and other employee scattered as well. I live a 1/4 mile away so I called to get managers name when I get home. I asked the manager why they were closed at 10:00 when hours stated midnight. He said they were not closed. So someone was lying, either the cook or the Manager. This happens routinely. Hire lazy workers and managers and it will affect Wendy’s bottom line. Zaxbys and Chick-fil-A in the area have no problem with having enough employees so you cannot use that excuse. Wendy’s regional and corporate management needs to cut the lazy employees.

This place is a disgrace and Wendy's corporate should be embarrassed at how this place is managed. Filthy dining area, slow service or lack there of, rude staff. This place must only make it because of unsuspecting travelers. DO NOT STOP.

Worst Wendy's we have ever stopped at while traveling. Very slow service. Cashier yawning while taking our order. All the tables were filthy and the floor was the same way. Vulgar music playing for my kids to hear. Will not be coming back to this one.

I realize it was a holiday weekend. Store was busy. Only 3 people in line when manager told cashier to stop taking orders till fries caught up. I wasn't there for fries. Burger & frosty only. 35 minutes & 5 batches of fries later they finally started taking orders again !! Service is always slow at this store but that was ridiculous ? !!

Just can’t come into this Wendy’s again. 3 employees with tons of people standing in line, the manager nowhere to be found. Those who are actually working here are overwhelmed, slowly walking around like zombies and act like they could just walk out at any time. This particular restaurant could do better.

They don't fix your order the way you tell them. They don't listen. The radio is too loud, I'll wait till a better crew is hired before I come back.

I just had to pull off the highway and stick my fingers down my throat to vomit out their food because they had randomly decided to put bacon on my doublestack and I’ve gone almost 19 years without eating pork for religious reasons. I never said I wanted bacon and wasn’t asked if I did but was given it anyway. Completely unacceptable.
