The order was right. The people were friendly. The fries were hot and the prices are always fair. I'm very critical of drive-throughs and let me tell you their drive-thru moved. Was it like a rabbit no. But it wasn't McDonald's that's for sure
We ordered online because we have large family, 7 people, and because we have to order with no buns for dietary restrictions. This usually helps make it easier for most fastfood restaurants, but this establishment ignored our order. Once they finally began it, it was another 20 minutes to put it together. By that time everyone's order was cold. Worst tasting Wendy's I've ever had as well. Thankfully this is not our home town Wendy's so we will not be returning.
I visited this place around 4:00 PM on June 27th.Fries and burgers were fresh and good.The front lady did excellent! More than you would expect from typical Wendy's standard.Definitely go again!
I have never had an issue at this location. I typically go through the drive thru and the line usually moves pretty fast
Total joke. This has to be the worst run fast food place Ive ever seen. Lazy lazy lazy. They should fire everyone here. Waited in line for 40 minutes, there were probably only 10 people in line.
Staff was nice, food was FRESH & ON POINT ?but on this day...uh uh, the dining area & bathroom was N?STY. Now mind you we was just passing through.....& I hope it doesn't look like that ALL the time
Please skip this stop! I used to be a fan of Wendy's. Why did the manager yell at the cashier, B.J to hold the order taking? There are only a few people in the restaurant. She then allowed team members to laugh at and talk about another employee in front of customers. They all should have been focused on doing a more efficient job. This is poor leadership and creates low team morale, Bullying is unacceptable and especially targeting a senior citizen. I hope this is not acceptable to Wendy's corporate team. BJ was the only one acknowledging customers and smiling even though she was being heckled by a woman with long, red hair and eyelashes past her nose. Perhaps an undercover corporate visit would open some eyes and stimulate change. Chick fil A will always win, because they have great customer service and team spirit.
Great Customer service ?? I made the order more difficult than needed, and the girl taking my order was so sweet and friendly. The girl at the window was extremely friendly and had a sweet spirit about her. First time at this Wendy's. Loved it. Order was perfect as well.
Wendy's is our go-to for fast food. My favorite is the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad or chili. My husband likes the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Food here is fine, but the restrooms were not clean, and the floors were greasy dirty. However, I will allow that they are crazy busy with Spring Break/ Snowbirds traffic and difficulty getting staff. The staff that were there were helpful & working hard.
Went right during lunch hour. Church goers and interstate travel made it very busy. Waited a little longer than wanted, but expected a delay because of time on number of customers. I noticed all employees with a friendly face still. Noticed that noone was complaining and orders were correct, warm and delicious. CHEERS!!
