Stop for a quick frosty and fries as a pick me up traveling. Wish I would have kept driving. Bathrooms messy, no paper towels zero soap in dispenser. Go to place order. I would like a Small choc frosty. We don’t have choc. Silence ! Can you tell me what you have? Strawberry. Ok, I’ll take strawberry. Get the frosty. It AIN’T a frosty! It is a melted milkshake! Seriously they couldn’t have just said the frosty machine isn’t working well. And fries over cooked. The staff you encountered not friendly. Come on Wendy’s! Don’t stop here, try the one at exit 18.
Dining area was disgusting. Food was cold and tasted like rubber. Bathrooms were filthy and had a very bad odor that you could smell in hallway like they haven't been cleaned in months.
They get your orders mixed up you have to repeat your orders like 3 or 4 times. Then you tell them to bag your orders separate and they won't even do what you ask them to do. They don't cook fresh food these guys are ridiculous and pathetic..
This review goes for crew team of Jun, 19, 2020 shift of 4:28pm, I came here for the first time with mi wife and 3 girls, I won't get much details of wy I decided to leave this review because I will write a wole book, but as a past fast food rest. Manager I have to say that the Manager at this shift does a wonderful job controlling the crew, managing customers attitude and maintaining a good work ethic I am not a Wendy's food lover mi self, I only eat here because of my girls...But I have to say I will definitely come here again and again.P.S food was greatThanks to the crew in shift again!Wonderful job..
Don't waste your time or money at this location. Came in the drive thru on June 10th @ 6:24 only to get to the order machine be told to wait.. then 1 minute later still waiting to order we were told to go to the second window. At that point we were very confused.. because we still haven't ordered.. so we got to the second window only to be told by another employee "what was your order" we then told the employee that we were told to come to the second window. Showing no customer service to simply take our order we were then told to pull all the way back around at the end of the line. When we finally placed our order on the speaker.. we went to the first window to pay.. then we see an employee in the background playing with his hair and just staring at us far back. Made us totally uncomfortable.. and it was very unsanitary to see him play in his hair ! For all we know he could have been the one handling our food. One thing i can say is that the fries were hot, customer service so not.
My overall experience here is that the food is ok, but as for me I like my food freshly cooked. The service is ok I think that the dress code should be edified to their workers, I guess now days come as you are?. The atmosphere is ok at times.
Our mobile was ready when we arrived. Staff was friendly. The new limited strawberry frostie was very good, hopefully it will become a regular menu item.
The employees were very nice and helpful. The ice and soda machines didn't work until someone put ice in one of them. The food and fries were fine.The restroom was clean. BUT, the floor Even in the main dining area was very slippery! I use a cane and it felt like I was walking on ice. It wasn't wet and neither was my feet and cane! There was another older gentleman there and his shoes and cane were sliding also. Not a very safe to .be
my fries nor my husband's fries were hot, we weren't offered condiments, nor were we given a receipt. I was a lil upset because I love fries. But the guy at the second window was pleasant
We had a big order late in the day about 830 or so ...we had to wait but the food was fresh and hot and well worth the wait.. All 5 of us was happy with our food.
