Staff was so nice, food was cooked fresh and hot. Waitress was so sweet.
Always a very good dining experience, especially when serviced by Miss Angela and Miss Jeanette....food quality, portions and pricing very GOOD!
Come on?? Why are you reading this? It's waffle house. It's barely clean enough to pass inspection. The food is all cooked on the same grill and tastes the exact same no matter what you get, but there's nothing like it. 10/10 just eat it and leave the regret for later.
I'm giving it a two because the food was fine. The service was pretty bad. No refill no how is your food. Not even real silverware or drinking cup. When she brought my food she sat it dawn and pretty much ran. I had to say ma'am excuse me hey! To get a mayo packet for my cheeseburger. It came to $12.00 even and that's what I gave her. I always tip well. But not to her.
As always this particular waffle house always exceeds my expectations. Everyone there is always happy and very polite. I'm happy to spend my hard earned money there.
My daughter and I have been goin g here for well o er 3 years and they are hands down the friendliest staff and customer centered experience of any of the waffle houses I have eaten at. Jeanette and Angela... these are MY servers and they make me feel right at home. thank you waffle house on Bemiss Road!!! We love you!!!
The food was good. Service was good but the thing i hated was the Eggs had Eggshells in them. Not the best but recommended.
Please address the customer service. If you hate your job, get another one. The woman at the counter was rude when I went to pick up my call in order.
There are no harder workers than Waffle House workers. Not only that...the level of teamwork visible in that kitchen...it is crazy. If y'all can handle that...y'all are capable of anything.Seriously some good, hard, honest work gets done in that place. Jaw dropping. for real.
Angela is a sweet lady, but she is way too slow to be taking orders. I gave my order, my food was ready in about 18 minutes. My food sat on the counter for another 15 minutes before Angela acknowledged. And then it took another few minutes for me to be able to pay. This is a reoccurring issue. You should put someone who can multitask better in that position. Nothing personal.
