Me and my brother Kris stopped in after an epic night at peaches around 2am. Food was on point, I mean legit good ?, servings were well proportioned ( I was stuffed ) Kris' T-Bone with eggs looked identical to the menu...no cap. DeAndre Robinson was our server and my man was on point, highly attentive, and made sure we didn't have to ask for anything. Even the atmosphere was nice and talkative, loud and cutting up. I will be returning as much as possible from now on ???
The lady at the front could have been a little nicer I kinda felt like they all were aggravated and a little attitude which had nothing to do with me lol and giving me the customers service I deserve. Hopefully the food will be goodEdit post: it’s really good but Still didn’t follow instructions as asked
Food was delicious and the best waitress(Denise), We've had in a loooong time.
This is a easy win, as I look for a quick bite for breakfast, they have been spot on with the hot food thing which I'm very happy with, quick and Hot that's what to.
Server was very inexperienced and the food was not cooked properly. The restaurant was not busy at the time. I do not recommend this Waffle House.
This place needs an overhaul. Servers, are spread way to thin, for the amount of customers they have. Maybe reprocrutions, of COVID, but this make twice I have had this experience at this Waffle House. I hate giving a not so good review, corporate should be aware that it takes more than 5 people to run this type of restaurant. But wait staff was friendly.
The location was easy to find. The diner was okay, however needs updating. Customer service was great. The waitress was very attentive to my guest and I. Food was prepared in a timely manner and brought to us with a smile. The food was delicious, the eggs were great with the cheese and the meal was filling. Although it is I know it's a Waffle, it would be great if they offered Pancakes. Overall, I would visit again. ?
I arrived at 3 a.m. there was just one worker but she was amazing working that Grill like a staff sergeant at the chow hall she was very kind and for a one-man band she did an amazing job keeping up with the orders I will assume she is underpaid she deserves a pay raise
9:10pm. Called 4 times, no answer. Pulled up called again and walked in while the phone ringing. A staff of 4 and ONE TABLE. One person sitting down, one washing dishes and 2 just standing talking to the one that’s washing dishes. I mentioned me being the one calling and she replied, “we have a new cook”……..ok and???? Y’all have one table!!!!
Food was okay the waitress was awesome they had one waitress in there that was kind of loud and rude and I'm glad I did not sit in her section I do not catch her name but she is a black lady with blonde hair and she's loud and told a customer what he was going to have jokingly or not jokingly that was kind of rude but overall it was all right.
