The waiter was really pleasant. I forgot his name. Young African American male. Mentioned his dad being in the Marines, polite and courteous young man. Kudos to him!????
The customer service was great but my order wasn’t correct. I ordered three cheese eggs but they ended up with no cheese on them because the cook was too interested in recruiting me to be a Mason!
Unfortunately one person ahead of us took a booth when it clearly states on the wall that booths are reserved for 2 guests or more.
Service was good, food was good, quick, easy, hit the spot.On a return visit, busy as hell. Still the same ole great, quick & friendly service !!! Kudos to all you folks !!!
Literally the BEST waffle house ever. Who ever is running this place knows what’s up! super organized and the waitress Crystal was such a ball of light. I tried grits for the first time and they were awesome. Loved my experience here. left so happy ❤️❤️❤️
Came in from our hotel with my 3 grandchildren at 8:30 pm. I was immediately told they were closed for the next 15 minutes did I mind waiting. I have never walked into a Waffle house and been told they were closed until now. We waited because it was better than waiting for an hour to have pizza delivered to our hotel. Waitress was very friendly. Looks like she needs some help. Practically waiting on every table in here by herself.
This was by far the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. The waitress obviously did not want to be there. She complained about a bad tip day but did nothing to earn a tip but she kept complaining she had worked too hard that day. I don't know what she did before we arrived but we were the only customers in the store the entire time we were there. After watching her for 30 minutes I feel that she is lucky she had not been fired. Her lack of concern for her customers was impressive. The ONLY reason I gave this location 2 stars was the food was cooked exactly the way I ordered it.

Stopped at this Valdosta Ga location on an out of town shopping trip. Since most Waffle Houses look alike no surprises here. I must say it was clean (dinning area and restrooms). Found a table quickly and were greeted by several workers. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive, the drink glasses were never empty. Our orders were served up rather quickly and to order. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. All in all a pleasant dinning experience. Would recommend.
