Sadly it depends on who’s working will base how your experience will be. Went last week and food/drink were delicious! Went today and smoothie tasted like straight blended ice and I got the wrong sandwich which happened to be topped with WAY to much lettuce that it was almost the only thing on the sandwich. Customer service and speed was okay though…
Last two times ordering food and smoothies, and the service has declined incredibly. Food is sloppy, like its made Sud standard. Individual service has gotten bad as well, if you are white you get less service. This is a shame since we enjoy this place

Smoothies are almost always perfect and just as delicious as the food. The wait time is usually ten minutes or less as well. This is my go to for grabbing breakfast before work.
They must be under new management because I used to come here all the time and never had any issues. Now anytime I make an online order, it’s never in the pick up spot, but instead is left on the front counter with several other orders and no workers know which is which. The smoothies are no longer well blended and there is some kind of mixup every time I come in.
This place is normally pretty good but the last few visits have been horrid. My grilled cheese wasn't melted and was cold the corn was burnt tasting. The smoothie was good though. But that can't make a good cheese.
I always have great service when I come here. Very specifically Sidney is always very helpful and polite. Me and my girlfriend love going in and seeing her behind the counter. Her suggestion of the grilled cheese was really good, and I will most definitely pair it with my Bahama mama again.

I regularly get tropical smoothie and this location had some of the best smoothies and wraps we have had from tropical smoothie between Atlanta and Tallahassee. Their staff were also super friendly.
Tried a smoothie for the first time. Didn't like it. The place looked kinda bland. BUT!!!! if anyone is into smoothies I send them to this place.
