Extremely rude, anytime I’ve went there the food tasted like nasty slop. And you can guarantee if you spend more the 15 dollars your order will be wrong
Now my overall experience is horrible here, food presentation poor it needs improvement on food handling. Services poor they move like turtles when preparing orders, they need more professional training. Omg!! And the Manager in the day I had a bad experience with one. Talking back to customer in a rude way, non tolerance for me Customer Satisfaction is what I expect. Atmosphere they need improvement on cleaniness.
On the evening of 6/4/2022 about 9:45 we pulled into the drivethru. 3 cars were in front of us. 45 minutes late we made it to the menu and speaker. 2 cars in front of us just left without ordering anything. We waited another 10 minutes and then asked thru the speaker if anyone wS taking orders. A voice came back rudely saying to wait a minute. Waited another 10 with no cars in front of us. Total wait time was 55 minutes. Finally got very frustrated and decided to leave. As we drove by window we say 3 employees just standing there laughing. Left property and went to Wendy's across the street. Had our food in less than 5 minutes
Everyone working is always nice. The drive through can be slow occasionally but a majority of the time it is quick. Food is always good.
Took 15 minutes to get my food, not including the 5 minutes that was available from doing a mobile order (I had assumed my food would be ready by the time I got there... Nope, still took 15 minutes.). Must have been busy, you say, nope, I was the only one in the store. It was actually weird and kind of entertaining after a while. I didn't order that much food, just enough for one person. The kicker was my tea order, though. I ordered tea on the app and they didn't have any. They offered sodas but I don't drink them. Their initial answer was, well too bad, we can't give you a refund because you ordered it on the app. I said, so you're just gonna charge me for a tea and then tell me too bad. Yep. After further negotiation, I was offered a bottled water, which is acceptable. Not sure why we had to go through all that just to either refund the tea or give me a water. So, one star.
If no stars was a thing. They always ask if you want sauce but you never get any. I always order the beefy melt burrito and the chips will be all the way at one end and so will the sour cream. They never make it the right way. Sometimes they act like they don’t care

Order 3 soft tacos, #1 combo, 2 small blasts and 12 pk of don't holes...My card was charged $28.79...No sour cream on combo.No sauce we asked for.

If you go here check your food. Always missing items, or food is wrong. Today ordered food and one item was the cheesy gordita crunch combo and they didn't give me the 2 tacos it comes with. Didn't notice till we got home because there were multiple food items and that's the only thing missing. This was not the first time we left there missing food. So if you go there sit at the window and check every thing.
