Never been to a sonic that you can not use the car stalls, takes away from the sonic experience. Staff was rude and told us that it is drive-thru only, we proceeded to go through the drive thru where we asked for help reading some of the menu items and the girl working was absolutely no help. The drinks we got tasted very watered down with little flavor, we will definitely not be back to this location.
I am at Sonics almost everyday and I get a Sprite zero with lemon syrup or lemon wedges the cashiers are friendly
Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Staff is very rude. Everytime we come here now you cannot use the car stalls and are met with "were drive thru only!" Tonight we pulled around and went to order milkshakes only to be told "our ice cream machine is broken" yet again very rudely. The manager or owner really needs to get the staff some customer service training seminars or something.
The at the window was very rude tonight! Asked for ice cream and their response was ‘No the ice cream machine is down ! There is a way to notify your customers without being rude !!
They wouldn't take order. And we had to order on line ..The fries were cold not even warm.
No drive-in available. What is being done by management to retain employees, or appeal to potential new employees. Additionally this location is out of many items. Gotta get this “supply chain” issue figured out. Many other chain restaurants in the area seem to have very few problems keeping their items stocked. Many consumers choose to come to your establishment because they enjoy the atmosphere of the classic Drive-in, and enjoy your product. Do better please! The food that we were able to get was good though!
Wish i coould leave no stars for this place. The manager that worked today after noon today is rude and i has anger issues, got mad bc she got drink order wrong and balled up our receipt and throw it down on their counter. told us she was calling the cops. I really felt as she was racist and thought we was going to run bc her rude worker that was a white guy with a big bald spot in the top of his head took a picture of our tag after she told us to leave. we also called the cops and waited around because what she was not about to do was lie on us. spend your money somewhere else. we opened up an investigation for tape to be pulled of her unprofessional, disrespectful, out of line behavior and hope that she is let go with this type of behavior she is teaching her staff.

Management needs to be fired. Very rude and acting like she owns Sonic. Please every one call the main branch. No one deserves her rudeness...
For whatever reason the drive up sit in ur car ordering was NOT available, they only offered drive thru ordering available and they were out of the necessities to make Blasts!! Like how do you run out of stuff like that and only offer drive thru ordering and call yourself SONIC?? They also got 1 out of 4 of the orders they made wrong. That is why I gave them a 4 instead 5 stars.
