The coffee was delicious (golden owl) and Joseph from the Bemiss location is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and nice staff!
They opened up at 6:30am. Very friendly staff. Awesome Fraps and iced coffee. My go to spot for any coffee fix. Now they have energy drinks as well. I haven't tried them yet but I will.
We finally decided to try this place and was sadly disappointed. Specifically tried a white mocha since that’s our “go to” at most places, tbh this was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Butter and no flavor profile beyond that. I would have been better off going to the gas station and getting a coffee there.
Just love Red Owl.The baristas there are awesome.Always friendly.As many times I have been there they have NEVER messed up my order.There is usually a line but, it moves pretty fast. (No complaints from me).Great service, great coffee, large selection and great prices.Highly recommended !!
I went for the first and last time to this location. I ordered a medium black coffee. I had to ask for sugar and something to stir with, no napkins. When she gave me my cup it was dripping already, but I thought no big deal. When I stopped to add my sugar as soon as I took my lid off hot coffee wasted everywhere. She filled hot coffee to the rim. It not only wasted on my hands but down my leg.
I actually love the coffee it is the slow service. The line gets so backed up no one knows who is next. I just got cut off by a car that I know got there after me. I won’t be back because I don’t want to deal with that drama on my lunch hour.
I usually prefer Starbucks, but the baristas here are so kind! Especially Lindsey, I had a complicated order and she got it just right and was so patient and positive! I come just for the good service:)
Normally I come to this coffee shop every morning they always move quickly, the customer service is great and they work together to move the line. BUT TODAY I order my iced coffee as normal but it was half way unfilled. When I drew attention to the issue an asked for a refund the young man instructed me that because I requested no ice he didn’t fill it up. Regardless ice or no ice fill the cup close enough to the top. When I asked for my money back *I’m assuming* the manager told him to just fill it up with milk. Now my coffee is weak and I’m frustrated. Probably will go to Bemiss from now on. Left a bad taste in my mouth
My favorite coffee spot. Hands down. No matter what town I'm in, if there's a Red Owl, it's going to be 100% satisfaction. ? My current favorite drink is the frozen Golden Owl. It's to live for! ?
They never get my order right. I got the Golden Owl and it taste like black coffee. I asked them to remake it and they gave it back worse then before! Worse Red Owl I have ever been to. And the service was not to par either.
