Cameron was our server. Absolutely excellent. Personable, sharp, good suggestions, attentive. My wife had unlimited shrimp (Monday), and I had the Cajun chicken fettuccini Alfredo. Absolutely delicious. Served hot, with minimal wait. Excellent dining experience and Cameron was a superb server.

On 6/18/2022 around 2pm, a total of 3 of us were seated at a dirty table, after sitting about 20 minutes, a waitress with a tray full of drinks says I will be with you in a minute. We realized at that point it was gonna be a bit of a wait. About a minute later a couple was seated right beside us, within one minute they had a server and within two minutes drinks were served and their order taken. Ok we discussed amongst ourselves, lets give them a chance. After 10 more minutes passed we decided to leave. We understand lots of places are low staffed, this location might not have been an exception. However, that does not excuse management from monitoring the dining area or helping their staff. Red Lobster could have done us better that day. Fortunate for us we found a Nice place called Jacks Chophouse on N. Valdosta Rd to accommodate the Three of us with great service and food.Red Lobster in Valdosta may not miss our business of five to six visits a year, but I can ensure that for now on it will be ZERO. This decision was made after my wife said we have waited over 30 minutes without a server, the hostess just starred at us, as we walked towards the door in disbelief the hostess said have a good day. Unacceptable.

It was beyond horrible!! I have never had such lousy service and treatment at a Red Lobster before. It was not busy at all, mostly completely empty. The waitress, Abbi was the worst server I've ever encountered anywhere. She was totally incompetent. We asked 4 times for a straw and all she ever said was "oh yeah". My wife finally got up and found us some straws. It took over an hour to get our food. People that came in well after us were served first, finished and were leaving before our food came out. We could not even get her to refill our drinks. The whole time we were there, almost 3 hours, Abbi was too busy flirting with all the men, giggling and cooing over them to do her job. It was so bad, our kids, ages 10 & 12, commented on how disgusting her behavior was! We waited over another hour to get the check so we could leave. She never would get us any to-go boxes. Finally another nice server went and got them for us. After over an hour and having to get the manager, I finally was able to check out, but the bill was wrong. Abbi didn't clear the kiosk so it was trying to make me pay for other people's food. The manager wasn't much help. Some of the other servers tried to help and even apologized for something that didn't really even concern them. That's way more than the manager did. He seemed aggravated about the whole thing and finally handed me a stinking $10 gift card for my trouble. A slap in the face would've been nicer at that point! We are not demanding people and always try to make our servers job easier, compliment and encourage them, and leave a decent to very good tip. My wife used to wait tables, so she has a soft spot for hard working servers. We firmly believe in trying to encourage and uplift people, especially if they're having a tough day. That being said, the treatment we received tonight was incorrigible!! When my wife walks out and says don't you dare leave a tip, you can't imagine how bad it has to be!! For the manager's attitude to not be much better is incomprehensible! I'm not sure when or if we'll be back to the Valdosta,GA Red Lobster, which is sad since we've been going there regularly since it opened over 30 years ago.

As I get older I realize chain restaurants don't hit the same way. I used to absolutely love the food at Red Lobster but now it's just "Meh". I don't know if it's because recipes changed or my ever evolving pallet, but the only thing that still tastes exactly as it always has is the cheddar bay biscuits. Service however was excellent but that can change from server to server.

Service was ok. Lobster bisque was lukewarm. They corrected the issue. Cheddar biscuits were even better than I remembered tho.

Very impressed, haven't eaten at a Red Lobster in 30 years and they have came a long way. I cannot think of anything to write negative about the place except possibly the price, but you now your going to pay before you walk in the door.

I was traveling to Valdosta for my grandson sons, my great niece and nephews birthday celebration and we where turned around at Longhorns Steakhouse due to us having 11 people in our party very rudely and Un empathic. I have never heard of a party being to large to service. We went across the street to Red Lobster and was seated within 10 minutes and served promptly , patiently and also greeted y the manager. Good was prepared as requested and delicious.

Waitress walked away from our table let out a huge sigh as if we asked for too much. We asked for peach lemonade and she brought us peach tea. It was overly sweet. The flavor of the food is not what I’m used to from red lobster. We won’t be going back. The managers are excellent though.

Omg just excellent! Ready to go back soon

fast friendly service. Jada was very pleasant and attentive
