I called to make an order.and was placed on hold. Finally they came back and said they couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and made an order and when I .went in to pick it up several people loed.at me and continued as though I wasn't there. Finally.a person came up and said my order wasn't ready.
Pizza Hut is very delicious,food always hot and fresh,I am a wing person..pretty big size,juicy,tender..
The staff was very professional via telephone ordering. There was ample parking in the parking lot, the Pizza Hut was a clean small carry out facility. During the pick up, customer service was very cordial and polite. My pizza was ready at my arrival, the two pizzas were shown to me, they looked great, and there was no problem with accepting a credit card payment. My overall review is everything was to my satisfaction, however the pizza could have been more cheesier and the veggies fresher. Other than that, I've visit again and let them know my complain. ?
Staff was friendly. Order was ready. Order was right. Temperature of pizza & wings was perfect. We order quite from this Pizza Hut location and never have had an issue.Big shout out to all the staff !!Thank you and keep up the great work !!
They do not use gloves to make ANYTHING! Guy name Jeff told me they do not use gloves they wash their hands. BUT that same guy I seen making the pizza was moving around from the cash register to boxing the orders. That is very disgusting ESPECIALLY during COVID gloves SHOULD be necessary! NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN MAYBE NOT EVEN ANY PIZZA HUTS ??!!
I ordered wings and they were cooked perfect. The customer service was amazing especially Haley she was very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this location it's the best one I been to so far.

I ordered delivery pizza since I have COVID and for some reason the order got changed to pick-up AFTER my money was taken. I never order pick-up even without being sick. It requires me to deal with humans. I had to find someone to pick it up for me half an hour AFTER it was ready lest I spread germs around. No one called and I couldn’t get ahold of any Pizza Hut employee despite an hour of calling numbers varying from location to corporate. If my money had not been removed from my account, I would have let it go. However, I kept being notified that my order was ready for me to pick up with comical fireworks bolstering their moronic statement on their equally-vapid app. I guess I’ll pull several favors from overworked friends so my kids can eat.
From the lady behind the counter that took my tip my bad I should have looked at the pizza. To the lack of extra sauce which was ordered I've had a better taste of pizzas out of the frozen section at piggly Wiggly $5 tip and yes still can you even look at somebody or say thank you or have a nice day or come back again? nothing.
My Pizza was burnt and the dough was not done in the center. Also my pizza was missing toppings that I paid extra money for. Finally the pizza was dry, barely any marinara sauce. The only positive is that it arrived on time.
