Horrible customer service, the women who work there are not to nice, I'm assuming they hate there job, which ain't my problem. They wouldn't honor a free pizza credit we had from tem burning our last pizza we ordered.
I am absolutely 100% impressed with this Pizza Hut they were closing in 20 minutes and they took our order anyway they made it perfectly and delivered late and very quickly I want to thank everyone that was working tonight 6-13-2922 they did amazing job I highly recommend this Pizza Hut … YALL ROCK!!!
We stopped here twice on our way to and from Panama City. The first time a very friendly younger girl took our order, and the second time the manager did. He was also super friendly and made sure our pizzas came out well done like we wanted them. I'm not used to such great service at a Pizza Hut, because if you tell the staff in Hinesville that you'd like your pizza crunchy, they'll still bring it out half raw.We were very pleased with our experience here in Valdosta, and the pizza tasted amazing!Definitely recommend this place!
The pizza wasn't all the way cooked and it was suppose to be hand tossed since they were outta thin and crispy and it was so greasy. We had ordered extra bacon and that wasn't on there either. The staff was excellent but pizza wasn't right.
No signs for designated curbside pickup. Was parked and when the worker came out she loudly stated “This is so stupid!”. She seemed angry about having to walk extra to reach our car. Very unprofessional and rude. Food was okay but not worth the bad attitude.
No menus (staff said they have asked and asked and the manager will not order them), no dine in (dining room just blocked off), but the staff was friendly. 2.5 is average out of 5, so, slightly below average. The Pizza Hut experience used to be so good, but at least the food still tastes great.
It's been 40 minutes in the pizza hut location. I am still waiting. Extremely busy and seems disorganized. After 50 minutes I got yelled for complaining about the wait. And I was told I had to wait like everyone. Then, my pizza came all messed up. I wanted my money back. And I was told that I will wait for the remake. As I was telling them about the yelp review I was posting, finally gave my money back so I left.Horrible experience. Who ever owns that location, needs to fix their staff's attitude urgently.
I waited 2 hours on a order for them to tell me that she called me and it went straight to voicemail. Then said that they didn’t have a phone number or apartment number when I called the lady before and she confirmed both. So they cancelled my order without telling me. And I had to call them in order to find out. This was the worse experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut. I am so disappointed and still hungry smh.
Still love this pizza hut to go pizza! The app literally counts down till your pie is out of the oven, so you can pick it up fresh & still hot when you get home.
