Tried to cancel order they wouldn't answer and brought the pizza anyway. Y'all playin frfr
I ordered 2 pizzas this past wknd I ordered them to be delivered the delivery driver pulled up in my yard never got out with my pizza and just left I called the store after arguing with management about it they said they will bring it back I asked if they was bringing a new one because by this time the other was cold and old they informed me that i cannot get a new one and I told them I don’t want the old they messed up they should fix it then sense I wouldn’t take the old one the manager hung up on me and wouldn’t take my call after that this was the worst delivery experience ever and literally put my children eating at 12 am for what should have been 10pm
Wonderful pizza ? I enjoyed every bite for 3 days. The large allowed me dinner, then a breakfast, then a lunch. All for $15.00.
Best pizza in Valdosta. Allwys good and fresh. Great people.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would, this is the third and last time I will order! I placed an order at 4:00 to be delivered at 6:45. I called at 7:00 to ask the status and was told they were over an hour behind. Totally unacceptable! Do better at your jobs!!!
Ordered pizza to pick up at 6.15. Got text 30 minutes earlier that it is ready. It got cold by time I picked it up.
Barely had any pepperonis on my order plus it was too oily—told the rep and she did nothing about it. Left it alone and decided to leave a review.
Ordered pizza they said we didn’t put proper phone number & address. You have to put an address to confirm your order. ??? They threw our pizza out. 0/10 would order from them again.
We ordered here and got two large pizzas. They were supposed to be three topping pizzas but they barely had any topping at all. Pitiful. We usually order from Marcos but prior to that, we frequented Papa John’s often. Now I remember why we switched. Back to Marcos we go.
I ordered 2 large Pizzas today one pepperoni and one bbq chicken. I asked what comes on the pizza and was told there’s one that comes with all types of meats. I specifically told the gentleman I wanted a bbq chicken but when I got home it was loaded with onions and bacon bits. For someone who doesn’t eat pork and asked for what they wanted why would you add a ton of onions and bacon. I called twice and they made an excuse that their bbq chicken pizza comes with bacon but that’s not what I ordered. Spoke to the manager and he was no help and didn’t even offer to take care of the mistake, just a bunch of excuses.
