The staff is friendly and gracious, the surroundings comfortable, and my grilled cheese sandwich was boring. Seriously, the bag of potato chips was more satisfying.
Stopped at Valdosta Panera just now. Stood at the counter waiting for the girl in the back to come out. She turned and looked at us twice with no acknowledgement and just stood there. Guess Panera is so big now they don't care about two people waiting at the counter. Valdosta used to be one of the best Panera but it has gone down in quality and service in the last 6 months. Wont be eating here any more.
Worst customer service waited at the counter and had employees look over at me and never acknowledged that I was there. Won’t be returning. Management needs to observe employees and ensure they are doing their job.
Greeted by a grumpy employee. The half and half clabbered in my hot tea. I had to ask for regular black tea. It was not out because the canister was broken. The hot water for the tea tasted of coffee. Manager is not doing his job properly. Dirty.
Take out salad was fast and fresh; mac and cheese order was hot and delicious. Yummy brownies. Coffee was lukewarm, but they quickly made me a fresh cup (although now I’m convinced that coffee is not their forte…).
Not sure of what was going on during our visit, but it was just not a great experience. Not terribly busy, waited forever for our food, and it was cold. The dining area was awful, dishes were piled up, tables dirty, trash in the floor. I love Panera, so I will be back.
Slow. I was the only person who was waiting for food and it was 27 minutes for a sandwich. Food was good. Service was odd. No one paid any attention to anyone. It was definitely one of the most unwelcoming stores ever.
Why would anyone want a warm soda with 4 ice cubes in it? The drive-thru regularly serves soda this way.\\n\\nUpdate: ordering extra ice worked once. After ordering extra-extra ice resulted in being served diet soda rather than regular during 3 consecutive visits, I’ve given up on this location entirely.
This is the WORST Panera ever! They always mess up every order! We decided to go back tonight (after months of not going) and all 3 of our orders were wrong from the drive thru. Do better Panera-pay attention to the orders! We will NOT be back to this location! Ever!
Used to give military discounts prior to COVID and 2020. It's now 2022. All that is basically over and they still haven't reinstated the discount. Not that it really matters but it just seems kind of ridiculous. Also, the last two times I went there I got the turkey BLT avocado sandwich and the amount of turkey was minuscule and didn't even cover a quarter of the bread. Would recommend probably going somewhere else. Maybe Subway?
