My husband, daughter and I were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant.The waiter was very nice and answered all our questions. We ordered our appetizer and our meals.The food was delicious.We really enjoyed our meals.The waiter was awesome.As we were leaving the greeter opened the door for us.We will be returning to Mom & Dad's.Highly recommended !!
Being retired military with an aversion to being late, my wife and I arrived a half hour before opening time and the arrival of her son and his girl friend. Was told reservations were not taken but invited to a table to wait even though it was early. Service and food was superb! Seriously some of the best we have had for years! Even though they were busy we were treated like we were special. We were too full for dessert thank goodness! The desserts will be another time. Coffee was fresh and good. Little pricey but reasonable.
Tried this place and loved the service. Interior was somewhat uninspired but okay. Food was just okay. Both dished were just so so. Bread almost felt store bought plain. Salad was somewhat wet from washing. Place was packed though so is a local favourite.
Love, love, love this place. No, they don't take reservations; FCFS. Expect to wait about 45 min to an hour for a party of 4 or less. Don't worry, it's worth it. Wait staff is knowledgeable and the chefs are top notch. Go on and get you a bottle of chianti and let the world worry about itself. Be sure to finish off the evening with an order of white chocolate ravioli. You will not be disappointed.
Wow!!!! Soooo good! Our Waiter was so nice! It was so busy bless him! The goat cheese special with pepper jelly omg my dreamsss YUM!!!! Stuffed Eggplant parm was sooo good! Wow! Drinks were so good! All 10s!!!
Some of the best Italian I have had outside of Sienna Italy. The menu seems ordinary until you get there. A must to dine in this area. Great wait staff Sonya/Sonia/Sonja however it is spelled was awesome and the owners are paying tribute to a long legacy Brava...the Chicken Florentine was awesome. They have local specials and a great wine selection. LOVED it?
We were visiting with relatives here and they suggested "Mom and Dad's" for dinner. We had been traveling and were hungry for some good food -- and we each had a varying entree -- and all were excellent! Ate too fast to take pictures, but wonderful service, wonderful atmosphere, not too noisy to have a good conversation, and not one negative! Very neat and clean, and hospitable!!
While traveling home from Florida we happened upon this gem in Valdosta. The Italian food was delicious, portions very abundant, and prices very reasonable. The chicken Marsala was very good. Entrees come with a side and either salad or soup. My husband ordered a steak which he said was very good. Other diners in our group ordered Eggplant Parmesan and Spaghetti bruzzi which was a baked spaghetti with meat and mushrooms and very cheesy. Our server was very attentive. We will definitely be back!
Spent Valentine's evening at Mom and Dad's. Fantastic Food and Ambiance! We had drinks, appetizers, entree, and dessert. Pricing was decent. Our Server, Jack, was great... very professional and polite. We met wonderful people while dining. Such a wonderful evening!
First time dinning at Mom and Dad's as we are new to the area. The service was excellent as well as the food. Looking forward to our next visit.
