Good food but not easy to eat in a car especially without utensils and napkins. The speaker box could use some fine tuning. This includes identifying items that are unavailable being removed from the option list.
We visited here two months ago and it was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had anywhere. We tried to be patient but the staff were complaining in front of us about other customers and being understaffed but they did not seem understaffed compared to what we had seen at other locations maybe they were but why complain repeatedly in front of everyone. They were clearly not trained well as they were all over the place and very inefficient and it took 45 minutes to get food. Really hope someone will read this review and consider addressing the staffing and training. One of the people in the dining room is was family of a staff member and was being very defensive. It was an unnecessarily tense and stressful situation. Disappointing because this is such a convenient location. Food was good though but lots of mistakes were made. I have multiple kids in the restaurant industry and even they who are super patient couldn't believe it. I hope this is getting better and addressed soon.
I like Moes but I would say Skip this location. Stopped on a road trip looking for a healthier option then what else is available around here… using the touch screen is very cumbersome- the service was not great we were greeted with a “we are making it”, all our drinks were left off our order, all our make it a meal were left off, we were not given utensils and had to eat with the chips provided. Our food was good but like other reviews large piles of some items and very little of others. I reached out to corporate and never heard back.
We are passing through heading to a family emergency and stopped to get gas and we’re happy to see moes attached . Would have been great but greatly disappointed and didn’t get to eat. We decided to utilize the drive through big mistake there, we get to the window and our order is confirmed along with our drinks, she disappears and left one lady to make the order. The other lady starts and then stops to start making someone else’s order that walked in, we were there first but whatever, this doesn’t happen once but twice and one was a large order, she comes over and states she can’t make ours til she is done inside. That was super aggravating, like stated before we were their first, everyone else was a walk in she should have completed ours first and the real kicker is she comes over to let us know that she’s starting our order unless Someone else comes in…. Are you serious? She comes back over to let us know that they are out of cilantro rice which we both ordered but I happen to have a allergy to the other so now I’m unable to eat anything (I have several allergies so it’s not like I can just eat anything on the road) we waited almost 20 minutes to leave hungry and super frustrated. Moes is still good, just don’t utilize this locations drive thru you won’t be a priority if someone walks in.
We ordered catering for a graduation party, upon pick up they lost the order and the person who takes care of catering could not be found. Ruined the graduation party, had to feed all these people and now scrambling at the last minute. Extremely disappointed
The taco shells are smaller than the size of cup of cheese, ingredients were horrible looking paid $16 for 3 tacos n cheese dip and had to trash it!!!! Trust me picture makes it look so much better, guacamole almost completely brown
By far the worst Moe’s I have ever been to. Out of a lot of ingredients and quite obvious that the employees could care less about being here. On top of all of that the restaurant was filthy with chips all over the floor and tables dirty with only 1 customer besides us here
The customer service here was awesome. There was a few items that I ordered that was out of stock, but there was this one employee with green nails that was exceptional. She took it upon herself to make all of our food. Everything was fresh and she kept us updated as she went. I felt like I was at home and want to return to this Moe's again as I travel alot through the area.
Something was just off about this location. Ordered the stack with white chicken and rice... After eating around 2/3rds of it, I became pretty full as usual, as time progressed though the pressure in my stomach continued to build. Ended up throwing up 3 hours later, and now a day later I'm still not feeling right. 100% food poisoning.
Kind caring attentive staff led by a fantastic manager. The food was so fresh and delicious there were chunks of avocado that were so good. We did an online order and got prompt delicious service and some southern Georgia charm. Thanks for dinner!!
