I ordered a Supreme with extra cheese. This is a multi line item review and why they get a three on this.1. The extra cheese was a lump in the center. I assume it comes without cheese and any is considered extra. Buy your own at Publix.2. Its an ugly pizza bordering on burnt.3. All that said it still taste pretty good. Add your own cheese, some olive oil and your there.
Food was super delicious!!! However for my first time there the wait was insane and there wasn't but a handful of tables occupied.... Was told the kitchen was backed up but again wasn't busy at all. 2 hour visit for 2 appetizers, 2 small pizzas and a hoagie... Will definitely return with the hopes of better communication from staff if another problem should happen...
The worst crust I have ever had, rubbery. Got a 2-topping pizza and there was almost no mushrooms on the pizza when the name of the place is the Mellow Mushroom! Then they have the mixed theme with comics, confusing. But I asked for more mushrooms and they cut up one mushroom and laid one slice of mushroom on each slice of pizza. I don't know why they were conserving the mushrooms, but they actually charged me $6 more than Marco's for less of a pizza. And there were too many people in there for what was being served, meaning there was a line and waiting. Apparently, Valdosta is starved for good pizza. Never again. I'll drive out to Marco's.
This was our first visit and the place was empty when we got there at 11AM on a Sunday. The pizza was great and it looks like a great atmosphere to hangout. We ordered both thin and regular crust, I could not tell the difference between the two.
Thank you so much mellow mushroom. My diet was going so well until we met. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly however I was unsatisfied due to the fact I brought a date with me who I was hoping I would never see again but the food was so delicious I forgot to end things with her and we will be back next week for another try
Our waiter, Luca, was the most mellow guy ever. He kept my cup full and gave us outstanding service! This location has a super hero theme and it was really interesting and entertaining for our daughter and us alike!
Was a little nervous to try pizza down south being from the Midwest. But to my surprise, the pizza was pretty damn good. Would go again and try a different selection for pizza. I went with the meat lovers. Good appetizers too
If you're looking for pizza in Valdosta, this is good. The salads and Esperanza dressing are really good too. But we are now vegan/plant based and Mellow should NOT indicate that they have vegan choices. They barely have vegetarian choices. Someone there needs to get an understanding of the difference between vegan and vegetarian.....and then have some actual offerings/choices.
My husband & I are here in Valdosta for work. After a long tiring day at work we wanted to order something to bring back to the hotel with us. We googled food near us qnd this place popped up as one of the choices. We have never eaten at one before so we said why not. We called our order in & went to pick it up. Then on our way back to hotel our mouths were watering from the delicious aroma, we couldn't wait to eat it! Once back in our room, we opened our boxes and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our steak & cheese calzone & our Great White pizza looked. Once we took our first bites, OMG IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!!! There was no stopping till it was all gone lol. We definitely will eat here again. Thank you for a yummy dinner. We are stuffed!
