The black girl with braids at drive thru had an attitude with one of her coworkers. I know work can be rough so I still said hi to her even tho she said nothing to me. I said thank you when she handed me my food and was ignored again. You should always be decent to people who are decent to you! I’m sure she already quit by now with her nasty attitude. She’ll probably be working at Peaches soon.
There is a taco bell across the street that is open until 3am, go there.Horrifically and consistently bad. Order is usually wrong, and the wait is somehow longer than if I were to eat at a restaurant.Just today, sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for order to be taken. After 20 minutes, someone apologized for the wait and said they would be back with me shortly. 10 minutes later, I left. No one in front me...
Spent $25 in food. Didn’t ask for large fries, but that’s what we got along with the upcharge. Ordered a hot fudge sundae that wasn’t full, but it wasn’t as upsetting as the Oreo McFlurry. The cup wasn’t even half full as you can see in the picture on the McFlurry. What a rip off.
Went through the drive thru around 2 pm yesterday, fries were fresh which is amazing but no salt on them, our food big mac, 10 piece tender and a chicken sandwich was all burnt the cheese was not even melted on the food, the nuggets i could tell were old,way past the ttc they should've been thrown away at. Severely disappointed they need to do better!
I know the staff will just read and laugh at this comment because I used to work in fastfood.. lol but im depressed so im going to vent...Husband at home sick didnt want to wake him making alot of noise in the kitchen so Mcdonalds sounded like a quick Option...Ordered a hot chocolate and a sausage mcgriddle and a cookie....the girl I guess she was new didn't know they had hot chocolate but she asked someone and figured it out, waited 10 minutes she pops out and said the hot chocolate machine is being cleaned....so I ordered a ice coffee instead..waited a couple more minutes an its all ready..get to work and in the bag is a sausage biscuit...why?!?!? The only thing they got right is the cookie. If I wasn't already going to be late for how long it took *when I was the only one in line* I would go back... Pregnant and depressed I really hate bemiss McDonald but the one on N Valdosta rd doesn't open till after I get to work ? guess gas station stop at 5 am will be the quickest/best option...
We pulled up and we ordered our food. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken and a plain cheese burger kids meal. we also tried to get a small cupped ice cream but the machine was overheated. They got the cheeseburger meal wrong as it had pickles and ketchup etc. but we pulled up to the second window and the guy working there was exceptionally nice.Most days, everyone at McDonald’s has an attitude but this made my day
Y'all complain that it is without understanding that other customers either come and not already knowing what you want or ordering large orders that come one after another. It take time to drop things fresh when asked. And being short staffed significantly slow the rate that food are made. The ice cream machine do have to be serviced when It act up it take time to fixed. When we do have it up we go through ice cream mix like water. A large chunk of employees are high schoolers at their first job. For the attitude of them towards the customer is inexcusable. If you are gonna complain about how food taste or look at a place that serve hundreds of customers then either make your own meals or find a different place to eat.
I don't know why I order a large when I get a small worth of fries. Every time, without fail.
This is the SLOWEST drive through experience I have ever had at a McDonalds!! I'm talking 10 or more minutes just to get to the intercom to order. I gave it one more try after the first experience. Apparently, it's an ongoing thing. Fast food my behind.
I went to this Mcdonalds with my grandchildren on 3/23. We were excited to see the sign that read 40 piece chicken nuggets and 2 large fries for $14.99..I was charged $16.99.. I asked why and was told the sign posted was wrong. This is yet another reason I hate this Mcdonalds. Did this happen to any one else?
