Went through the drive through dude told me not to be stressed. Asked for a McFlurry and he said the machine was down, went to the second window and that had flipped the switch off
Only a 5 because Aahley was so AMAZING . however....when I asked for extra ketchup and mustard on my double quarter pounder..I wasn't asking that my buns were saturated with it amd unable to frkn pick the burger up. It's NOT funny n DEFINITELY NOT cute to do when I work 12hr days to get food for my family and I to have this be done to me. Not pleased what SO EVER. LAST TIME I GOT SOMEONE ELSE ORDER...TIME B4 THAT HAIR IN BURGER....GET IT TOGETHER!! TAKE POINTERS FROM ASHLEY ON HOW TO TREAT THE CONSUMER. THIS IS SO UPSETTING. NEVER AGAIN!!
Mc Donalds on North Valdosta Rd makes their employees come in and work while sick. Told a cook and a drive thru employee they have to come in. Both of them are coughing and sneezing and she told them they have to come in. Threatened their jobs and said she had never heard of someone calling out for having a cold. Are you kidding me? You are handling people's food and coughing and sneezing and you think it is okay with us customers?
This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had the young lady taking the order was extremely rude, then they asked us to pull to the front for our fries where we waited over 10 mins and then they came out to ask for our receipt then it took another 10 mins to get our full order. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FACING SKILLS DO NOT GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB!!!!!!....
Needless to say after I saw the employee use her hands to put my ice cream in the cup. I was done and want my money back. Waiting outside the restaurant right now to get it back after the lady tried to refund me for $3.24 instead of all my money. The sad thing is I have never had this issue with this McDonald's until today.
It was ok but with two lines to order from the employees seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with the second line. Took forever for someone to take my order.
The service was pleasant and fast. The woman so gave us the food was so sweet.
Staff did not seem very happy to be working. The apple pies were old, dry and hard. They did replace them with fresh ones.
Truck pulling a trailer and they won't let you inside or drive thru. We had to stand at the drive thru windows to place an order and another to pick up. At least they let us do that.
Employees were allowing their friends behind the counter to hang out and were actively texting and talking on their phones instead of taking orders. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting on chicken nuggets that came to me cold. I was one of 2 cars in the drive through. The driver behind me had to blast his horn several times to alert the staff he was even at the drive through.Employee who answered the window reaked of Marijuana and was incoherent. Will never be back to this location.Edit: Also, stop advertising that you're 24 hours when you're not. Your store closes as early as 9pm most days because the teens that run the place put cones out to prevent traffic.
