Long wait, very slow at this restaurant. I was 3rd in line for the drive through and waited 25 minutes for my order. Employees were leaning out the drive through window talking to the person in the car in front of me as cars behind were beeping their horns. I would have left but already paid at the 1st window. The food was typical and as expected.
I walked into the women’s restroom, and not only was there no soap, but I also saw a female employee walk out of one of the stalls without flushing her number two and washing her hands. I’m definitely not interested in trying McNuggets with a hint of poo?☠️
I don’t eat McDonald’s or let my kids eat there but since I was out of town my daughter wanted French fries and it was closest. The girl wasn’t paying attention to me in the drive thru had to repeat myself numerous times and instead of them letting me know they put both fries in one I only had one small fry thinking that my child was missing a fry like I said before I don’t eat at McDonald’s to know that this was the size for both fries. I will not return no matter what.
Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was totally white, meaning vanilla thru the drive thru, took it back in and the manager argued with me saying it was chocolate and that’s how the machine makes it!! I was I could share the photos on here cuz I do have them!! So I was stuck with a vanilla milkshake!! ??
Worst McDo, works with doordash only ... Does Not accept Credit card, cash or McDo app orders ... Save your time and avoid it!
To start with they up charged me 69 cents for a drink that I never asked for and then I got out of the drive-through, got on the road open my sandwich and it's this burnt dried out sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin!
Staff was disorganized, like ants scurrying every which way after their bed was kicked.All napkin dispensers were empty.Fries were hot, but not salted.Went back to ask for napkins, salt and ketchup. Cashier was happy to accommodate, but had to take empty ketchup container to the back to refill before he could give any to me. Food was ok, just ok. Have been a lifetime fan of McDonald's, but today's $27 meal was the skimpiest I've ever witnessed.Super shocked and truly disappointed.Won't do that again.
This is probably the worst experience I've ever had in fact it caused me to never eat at McDonald's I don't care where it's located I went I was traveling on the road and went through the drive-thru I sat in the Drive-Thru for more than 15 minutes never moved I parked my car went inside and took the girl 10 minutes to take my order and then they proceeded to work on the drive-thru as the people in the lobby just stood there was a guy who walked in and waited over 10 minutes to get his order and just eventually walked out cuz no one ever even acknowledged Him I spoke to the manager who became very nasty with me I requested my money back she refused to give me my money told me I had to come back in the morning when I tell her that I was traveling she still refused to give me my money I even called the police and they refused to help me as well as a result I will never ever eat McDonald's again I hope that they are happy with the customer service that they gave me what a shame. They can keep the $9.30 and their mystery meat it's the last they will ever get out of me.
People taking orders today are more worried about talking to each other and gossiping rather than doing their jobs. Didn't have someone at the pay window, and looked confused when we pulled up to the pickup window to pay after waiting a few minutes. They then get upset when you tell them they made a mistake on the order and give you attitude because they weren't paying attention to begin with. "Fresh" fries tasted like they were mixed with old fries and no salt at all. I've gotten better service from a vending machine, at least the machine doesn't have an attitude.
Came here for breakfast with my 3 grandchildren. Workers are running around like they don't know what they are doing. The man running the register couldn't get my order right. I told him exactly what was on the menu (3 Hotcakes & Sausage). He instead rang up 3 plates of 3 Hotcakes. When they finally got my order to me I had to ask for the hashbrowns. This location also needs work, wallpaper is hanging loose and part of the wall is falling off. I have posted pictures of both. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited.
