Felt ail getting food there! Don’t mean to besmirch but few pics will speak for itself.
The concession area was a mess. Getting someone to wait on you was time consuming, getting your food took longer. Everyone standing around talking and having a good time. They need to hire people that are customer friendly since that is part of their job!
Bad smell as you enter . Coffee machines were not working. Only available options was regular Coffee.Not a clean place

Wow! This place is absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. As soon as I walked in the smell of sewage hit us in the face.Not sure why I even bothered to order but I did and ran to the bathroom. When I got done in there I went to wash my hands and there was no soap. I went and told them at the counter and they said okay and kept on with what they were doing. As I was waiting for the order the smell was getting so bad I couldn't even stand there anymore. So, I requested a refund. The manager asked me why and I told her because the place was filthy. She looked at me like I was crazy and said "We was gonna put soap in the bathroom" I told her that wasn't the only reason. She then gave me the money back.We went across the street to circle K and got food (Which I never eat at gas stations) and honestly it was pretty good. My family loved their chicken sandwiches.
Everything from the bun to the fries to the bacon on the burger was cooked to perfection. The management and employees at this McDonald’s is impeccable. I honestly hope that every single one of them they cooked my food tonight has an amazing year! To the owner of this restaurant, your manager that is working tonight Toya Is phenomenal! Your cooks know exactly what they’re doing and they’re doing it perfect! 10 out of 10 way better than the N. Saint Augustine Rd. McDonald’s.
Horrible smell. Bathrooms were filthy. Floors were sticky and all garbage containers were overflowing. Employees were rude. Three people standing around on their phones and looking at me while I’m waiting at the counter. Only to be told by a different employee, after standing there for a few minutes, that they were not taking any orders. This is at 6pm on a Sunday. Ridiculous.
One of the most pleasant drive thru experiences ever. PERIOD! The two women that worked the windows for a really good-looking guy driving a black Lexus coup on 6/17 around 7:15-7:30 AM both NEED A RAISE NOWWWW!! Also… I will buy 69 of them each day if that’s what it takes to get the Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel back on the that delicious menu!!!
Terrible customer service. We came in with a big group and they told us we had to use the kiosk. Then several older people came in wanting to pay cash and said they had no idea how to use the kiosk and I assisted because no one came to the counter to help them. Food took forever. Several meals were messed up. They had no tea, and didn't say if they were trying to make some.
