1 of the worst McDonald's ever! They DO NOT pick up the phone ESPECIALLY at night they pick up and hang up on you or pick up and set the phone down. At night they literally take 10-15 minutes on 1 customer. I can't even do a curbside because it is so late but take 40 minutes to move the line!
This place is beyond a joke. Everyone knows the food is horrible and unnuturious and the customer service is pathetic but now they try to force you to use an app that's a total scam to get more money out of you in the long run. Go anywhere else.
I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and hadn't even been asked for my order. Meanwhile, the lady on duty was totally taken by a car that had 4 orders, laughing, carrying on, and the line didn't move AT ALL! I ended up spending my lunch hour and the rest of my work shift, hungry and angry, along with 4 cars of coworkers behind me!.. total display of unprofessionalism!
You’ll pay for your meal and they substitute everything for the cheaper meals. Sad. Straight up stealing your money. Check your meal before you pull off
We had a DoorDash order that did not come through on their end and instead of making the order they just told us they didn’t have it and walked away. The way they spoke to us was extremely rude and uncalled for and what’s worse is that their laziness was actively interfering with us making money. Extremely disrespectful!!!!
Best experience I've had at any McDonald's in the past year or so. If it wasn't for the frappes i would have gave up on mcdonalds a long long time ago. But tonight was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you for restoring my good feelings to mcd's
Again...as per usual, McDonald's leads the field in misinformation! Advertising as being dine in availability,yet this location has not been for at least 6months now(longer for sure)If you don't intend to open your dining room,STOP listing it as open!!! Burger King,Checkers,Hardee's all open dining..but no McDonald's???
Had my husband to bring me back a 20pc nuggets and this what I received. The nuggets was not freshly made and they was dried out. Very unacceptable……This is not the first time I experienced my nuggets being this way at this location. I will never again purchase a meal from here again.
Not the staffs fault that they are wildly understaffed. I literally just waited an hour in the drive through (because inside and curbside was closed) for some chicken nuggets.
I did DoorDash here and they talking about wait outside the door wth ?♂️ how am I supposed to tell you my order number outside the window also why you want to do extra work like idk ?♂️ zaxbys only has their drive thru open but they don’t do that also the manager was rude about it but the kids who worked there were cool so I give it 2 stars
