I mean it usually is way better but the fact they didn't have the a/c blowing and you have hard workers work by grills and stoves is really messed up. A lock was placed on the door and you have to get a code to use. McDonald's used to be fun place to bring the kids after school but not this one. The only thing I can say about the food was , the fries were a bit frost bitten and could taste it even after it was in the grease. The bread for the chicken sandwich was Burnt and so was the sandwich, but I did ask for crispy. Beyond the food the workers were great especially the lady at the front running food and taking orders during the 3 pm rush.
This location is convenient and has decent staff. The last few times I have ordered from this location have been great. My order was correct and the drive thru was fairly quick.
Milkshake machine been down for at least 3 weeks. Just crazy. It’s hot outside and wanted a shake 3 weeks ago and was broken and still down today!! Had to go to the trusty lake Park McDonald’s where they get stuff fixed!!
I always get chicken nuggets more now than ever due to them no longer serving grilled chicken wraps or salads,no grilled chicken period..but it's okay,I enjoy their caramel frappes..always 3x the caramel..
They don’t follow instructions that are instructed. I guess playing, laughing, and talking is what’s more important than severing their customers that spend money there and when you call for a manager they switch between employees playing as the manager. Cooks even want to get involved and vouch. Second time I’ve been here the food has been disgusting and not fresh at all. IDC TO WAIT FOR MY FOOD TO BE FRESH ILL PULL UP AND WAIT HOWEVER LONG AS LONG AS ITS FRESH. Y’all make it so difficult when it’s so simple to do. Omg!! Now here's a place that has a lot of challenges, especially food quality presentation not so good, as for me visiting I always have to request for my meal to be freshly cooked, if not this merchant will give you food that is pre warmed ?. The service is ok only if visiting in the Am, after noon horrible with long wait in drive thru. The atmosphere well this merchant keeps they inside closed.
The one employee who was doing a lot of the work was friendly. That is about all the good there was. They were understaffed, the food was cold, weird layout with frosted windows, hardly seating, locks on bathroom, no fountain. Hard to get attention.

Didn’t realize it took two hours for two orders of nuggets. Plus it was cold. Spent all this money remodeling the place should’ve spent it ok better staff since they are having trouble.
Been visiting this location for about six years now, and my honest opinion is that for the last 4 months Thais location has gone downhill in a very bad way. I have even spoken to a few of the employees about this problem and have had my suspicions confirmed, due to short staffing and remolding, this location has attempted to start from the ground up. I have tried the drive through and the curb side pickup and both services have had me waiting 25 to 30 mins just for a double cheeseburger and large coke. Please use a different location for your “fast food” needs because this location has become trash.
